While I would normally feel like I was being accused of having a bad sense of direction, which would be totally true, I knew he was a cool teacher. Which meant he was also accusing Ethan of having a terrible sense of direction, and I was good with that. Though, in all honesty, I was flattered to get such a nice gift from him.
"Heh, thanks!" I grinned taking the compasses. I admired them for a second, they weren't big expensive ones, they were the type you would find at a tourist shop by the ocean, or a big lake. "These are awesome, thanks a ton. They're legit something that my brother and I could use on daily basis."
"Have a great summer Khloi"
"Iss einen Buchlehrer"
"That's not how you say anything close to what you were intending to say."
"Touche, have a fabulous day, and a better than mediocre summer, sir."
We waved goodbyes, and I trotted out the door, heading in the general direction of Ethan. June texted me that she left earlier, after learning that in third period, the class would be playing twister, and the weirdos planned on faking the spins, to get people in their... desired positions... if you catch my drift. (If you don't, they basically planned on making the, what they deemed, 'pretty female identifying' people to get in hot poses...)
She had no intention of more social interaction, least of all physical exertion with people she hates. Ah well, at least we know that she is in a better place. Oh, how we shall miss her, but she is happy now.
"Khloi!" I heard the whisper scream from Ethan, who was huddling near the door to the teachers lounge.
"What are yo-" "Shhhhh, shut up-selencio. Come here, look!" Very confused now, I quietly walked to where he was, and peeked around the corner.
There in the room was a... well, definitely not a teacher. This dude looked like an emo wanna be. He had this huge, black hoodie, with its hood pulled a little too tight, so that you could only really see his nose. He also had these really long, black painted nails, and a little he/him pin. The little skin I could see was a weird pale shade, like he lived his entire life in a dark basement, and had way too many vitamin deficiencies. It was also kind of see through, weird...
"God dam- where is it?" He screeched in a whiny kid voice, though he seemed to be, like, 17-18.
Finally, after rummaging through a cabinet, he pulled out a can of, what was obvious to Ethan and I, tomato soup. Kept there in case a teacher forgot their lunch.
He brought it too his face, pulled back his hood to reveal, obviously dyed, blue hair, and opened his mouth wide, which had these unnecessarily large and sharp teeth, and bit into the can, of tomato juice.
