Exactly one month later of training and learning to use their powers on December 25th:
Genevieve's POV:
Taylen and I walked down the hall torwards the Lunch Room where Ivanna had called us. We
weren't exactly 'freinds' so we didn't speak to eachother at all as we neared the Lunch Room. This
morning at 10 o'clock it had been my birthday and apparently it was Taylen's birhtday too at 10 P.M.
I pushed open the door to the Lunch Room and realised the lights were off.
"Qu'est-ce que ((what the hell?))?" I said bewildered when all of the sudden the lights flicked on
and a banner flung down.
"Happy Birth...DAYS!" Said Ivanna, Rick, and Jared while Derek stood in the backround with a grin
on his face. At first, both me and Taylen looked shocked, but then smiled.
"Vell, I have been informed that is the 20th year of birth for both of you! Congratulations! We have
presents for both all of you, including you Jared and Rick, but you two get something extra." She
smiled and gestured torwards four cages with names on them.
"Some of dem vill be children until you die, but that is because they are enchanted to not die unil
you do." Taylen, Rick, Jared, and I made our way to the cages with our names on them, while Derek
already had a beautiful, black Panther at his side. I walked slowly torwards the cage I had and
noticed all was quiet. I opened it slowly and a baby duck fluttered out.
"It's adorable!" I squealed while Taylen covered her ears and glared at me.
"Don't do that again, we don't wanna hear it." I laughed musically.
"Such a put down." I frowned. Her face reddend and she walked torwards me.
"Why you little---" All of the sudden, a beautiful Leopard jumped out of the cage, standing infront of
me and growled at Taylen. She just backed off and glared at it.
"Whatever." She said.
"Oh, I forgot to mention, these pets will be trainable to do anything you wish." Said Ivanna. I
contemplated my duck for a second.
"Hmm...Taekwonduck. Yes, that sounds good." I smiled and looked around. Taylen had gotten a Lemur and Arctic Fox, Jared had what looked like a mix between an Irish Setter and a Blood Hound, and, hehe, Rick had a black cat which looked like it was trying to rip out his eyeballs. I giggled and the cat seemed to notice me. It jumped off of Rick and trotted torwards me, reaching me soon and jumped up into my arms, purring all the while. I laughed and looked around noticing that both Jared and Rick had beers. Rick was already stumbling around and was showing signs of being drunk so I guessed it was probably his 6th or 7th.'Wow, that was fast.' I thought.
"Can I have yur attenchurn please?" Rick slurred and I noticed he was on a table.
"Goodness, here we go, where's Ivanna?" Whatever Rick was doing it wasn't going to be good and
