"do you believe in soulmates?"
"i guess. i'd like to think that there is someone out there who is made for me." i smiled.
"i think i found my soulmate." he turned to face me.
"taehyung?"
"yeah, taehyung. i just feel like we have this connection. i have no idea where he is or how he's doing. i just have this feeling that he's happy and safe. that type of connection."
"that must calm your heart." he pointed out.
"it really does." i said and closed my eyes.
we were laying on the floor of my room with the moonlight as the only source of light. it's not often that me and hoseok have serious conversations. definitely not deep once. but when we do, it really feels nice.
we're those types of friends who can tell each other anything. we have seen each other at our worst and would never judge the other for anything. but i'm still grateful that we can still act like kids.
play around without a care in the world. smile and laugh. no responsibilities. nothing but happiness in our lives.
