my heart felt shattered. jungkook didn't actually love me. there was no way for anyone to love someone like me. the thought broke me but what was i supposed to do? he's perfect and i'm far from that.
"tae?" i heard his calming voice calling out my name.
i felt the butterflies in my stomach and turned over. i couldn't bring myself to smile today. i was far too down. maybe i should leave him? then i'll stop being a burden.
"i'll take a shower." i stood up and made my way to the door.
he grabbed my wrist and i looked back into his eyes before looking down at the floor.
"let me go with you." he looked worried.
"no. i'll be back soon." i removed my wrist from his grip and walked out.
tears kept running down my face as i made my way to the showers.
