The phone rung again and it was the same number. I answered it and held it up to my ear. "Hello?"
"...hey." I heard a familiar voice on the other side of the phone.
"Who is this?" I narrowed my eyes.
"Gene, before you hang up just hear me out." She paused.
I rolled my eyes and placed my hand on the counter top and waited for her to continue.
"I understand that you probably know what i was involved in since everybody else know.. i just honestly want to apologize and if you'd meet with me somewhere.... public we can go somewhere thats packed so you won't feel tr-"
"You went behind my back and dealt with my ex, not only that you're involved with my brother and you simply expect me to meet up with you? Im pretty sure you know what he's up to. He's trying to kill me and my sisters and you knew about it the entire time." I chuckled. "You was supposed to be my best friend. You can't just call and expect that we'll be cool because shaggy threw you to the dirt."
"I don't expect for us to be cool because i know i stepped across the line of boundaries that i should have never done. I just have to get more stuff off my chest and I can't do it over the phone."
I bit onto my bottom lip. "Okay. Send me the address." I shrugged. "It doesn't have to be anything public. We can go to a closed off spot. You come by yourself and I'll come by myself."
"Alright, I'll send you time and day."
I hung up and dialed Tobias number.
It rung three times before he picked up. "Can you he careful with that shit? I ain't paying for some that yo ass gonna ru- hello?"
"What you doing?" I listened to the background.
"Uhm... none."
"Okay well um... i just heard from gene.."
"Why you talking to her?" I heard shuffling in the background.
"HE BROKE IT!" I heard bam yelled. "I SWEAR I AINT DO IT!"
"Get the fuck away for it. Stupid ass niggas." Tobias gritted out.
"She called me from a new number and I answered. We should set her up." I shrugged and walked towards the cabinets.
"You actually want her to die?" He asked me.
"Yes, i hate her. I told her to find somewhere closed off to meet me and i was going to meet her there Friday." I opened the cabinets and grabbed the Oreos. "I told her I'd show up with nobody and she'd show up with nobody, but i lied.. i want her dead. Boom, off the map."
"What makes you think she not setting you up?"
"Because, she not built like that." I opened the refrigerator and grabbed the milk. "She know better."
"I love this encouragem- AYE! stop that shit was a lot of damn money!" He yelled at somebody.
"What are doing? Like for real."
"... I bought a .... angel? Look though, don't do shit stupid I'll be back at the house in a hour."
"Nigga you know this shit gonna melt?" Bam asked him.
"No it won't we got a huge ass freezer over there."
"Tobias."
"Hmm?"
"Be careful.. it sounds like you doing something illegal." I narrowed my eyebrows. "I love you."
"I am careful.. even if i was doing something illegal. I love you too.. don't do shit stupid." He hung up before i could reply.

"People on catfish funny as fuck, how the fuck they be thinking they talking to rod wave?" Bam laid across the couch and shook his head.
"We hate to see it." Morgan tilted her head.
"Im a peaceful bitch, I don't bother nobody." I mugged Tobias.
"You bother me right now." He mugged me back.
"That's because you lying. First you had a angel second you was at a stash house... which one is it?"
"Both." Bam looked up at me. "We was placing a angel in the stash house and the noes fell off. He ain't lying." He shrugged.
"Oh.. well im sorry."
"Sorry my ass." He waved me off.
