We now join Velma and Weiss outside a book store with a sign that says, 'Schnee and Dinkley's Mystery Books' hanging over the door
"Uh-huh, we do carry the 'Hair-raiser' series..." Velma says
"Number 23, The Vampire Village?" Velma says
"Got it." Weiss answers handing the book to Velma
"Number 24, The Creepy Clown Town?" Velma adds
"Got it." Weiss adds as she hands Velma the book of that name
"Number 25, Menace at Mummy Manor?" Velma says
"Got it." Weiss adds handing her that book
"Yes, i'll hold them 'till Tuesday....two weeks from Tuesday? Yeah, that's fine, bye." Velma tells the person on the other end of the phone conversation she just hung up on and carried a stack of books over to a mini table with a TV on it
'You know, Velma, solving mysteries was a lot more fun than selling them." Weiss says climbing down from the ladder she was on
"Yeah Weiss, they were...." Velma says looking at the TV jst as the episode of the live interview show Daphne and Blake were on ended
The phone starts ringing and Weiss answers it.
"Schnee and Dinkley's Mystery Books. What horror story do you want to read for a fright?" Weiss asks the person on the other end
"Freddie?...sure, i'll hand the phone to Velma." Weiss said as she handed the phone to Velma saying, "It's Fred."
"Freddie?.....Jinkies! Sounds great, count us in!" Velma says
