"It's about miss Kim"

As observant as she was, she could see his eyes widen a little; it came with her experience of dealing with her clients for years. She leaned forward, took her cup of coffee and nonchalantly leaned back on the couch; completely at home as she took a sip from it. Feeling his eyes on her, she placed down the cup; looking right into his eyes.The atmosphere felt heavier than before .She can sense the change in his emotions; intense rage and disgust that's what she felt.

Even the name can cause such a stir in her emotions. I wonder how she was able to pass her days by so carefree

Why didn't he do anything to her .After All ,this is some rage i'm sensing

"who?" he asked his tone confused

"you know her better than me". A smirk crept in her lips thinking about him pretending to not know her.

"i don't know who you are talking about" he raised one eyebrow his tone completely feigning innocence

" don't even try to hide it, i have a capable secretary"

He stared right into her eyes as if he was searching for something

He heaved a sigh and with a helpless sigh he said

"and i went to great lengths to hide about her"

Did he really ? Great lengths? How the hell did jane find it out

What on earth are her sources? Is she involved in some kind of underworld...

she regained herself before her mind started to follow jane

"how did she find it?" he began to speak like a friend to her, letting his guard down .He was at ease.

Now I just want to find out why he hid her was it because of his love ? If so, it would be hard for me to involve him in my schemes

Should I ask it directly?.

"I'm not in love with her". He said before she could even ask .It was as if he was reading her mind

Was he in denial? Poor soul.

She gave him a mental pat on his back

She looked at him with pity

"nothing much just that; she left you for a wealthier man and that she was a ...um what to say" she tilted her head, resting it in her palm her elbows resting resting on top of the couch her eyes ,mocking him "gold digger".

"oh was that supposed to be a secret?"she put a finger to her lip. She enjoyed getting the upper hand in situations like this .

"you know it's not much of a threat right?"he asked, his eyes kept looking down on her

"then why did you hide it?" her voice teasing .

"no reason". He said,

Of course he won't have to justify himself to a stranger

Wait... curiosity killed the cat. Maybe i shouldnt pry anymore into it

She looked at his profile as he sipped the coffee .

He is quite handsome

Can't you see he is oozing out a dangerous aura come back to your senses .Be polite control your cockiness

"now state why you wanted to meet me "he said there was a sense of displeasure in his voice .

She once again took a deep breath in and relaxed ,straightened her posture , resting her hands on her lap and straight into his eyes .

"I will tell you my story"

"I'll make it short. I have --or should i say had wait we didn't break up yet so yeah i HAVE a boyfriend, his name is Danny.So your ex girlfriend and my boyfriend are you know...um...having an affair."

She let out a sigh . And shrugged her shoulders

She went back to her laid back self, her one arm supporting her head her elbows resting on the top part of the couch.

"Well, it was already decided . And believe me i separate my emotions from my work"
