Quick note
- Y/n is a year or two younger than Jafar
- She's a princess of the hanging gardens of Babylon, it's not from Magi, I just thought it sounded Magi like.

One second they were talking and the next they were on the ground, limbs entangled as y/n held the albino down the best she could, while he kept her pinned to the ground. "Now Ja'far that's no way to treat a lady, let alone a princess" Rurumu scolds, giving him the chop before removing Ja'far off the girl. "Temper" she mumbled shooting him an unreadable stare.

"Enough" Rurumu's voice tore the two away from their bickering. "Ja'far, Y/n is an ally and a princess so no more fighting and Y/n please don't provoke him." There was a moment of silence between them. Rurumu silently looked between them and smiled. "Good" she began, handing them a list, "I need you two to go buy some things for me."

"We still need to go buy some more scrolls for Vittel" Y/n said looking at the list in her hands. She rolled her eyes as Ja'far said nothing and began walking in the direction of some more stands. 'is he seriously still upset?' she thought to herself. "Ja'far could you slow down" Y/n said as she hurried after the albino. "walk faster" he scoffed, not noticing the odd expression on her face as she gripped her dress so she could keep up with him. "wait here" before she had a chance to reply he had already walked over to a stand.

Ever since the Sindrian trading company moved to Balbad Y/n's appearance began to capture more attention from the people of Balbad. Being the fourth princess from the hanging gardens of Babylon she was a sight many had never seen. Few had ever ventured to her home land and few Babylonians ever left making many stare and whisper. It honestly didn't bother her until she met the eyes of a older man.

Her breath caught in her throat as she saw the slaves he had chained up after him. A familiar red head caught her eyes, spotting a boy that reminded her of Masrur, no doubt the boy was also a fanalis. Her heart plummeted as she realized the reason he has been looking at her so oddly. This man was no doubt wealthy from how he was dressed, and she could also bet it was from his trade of exotic slaves. Her heart pounded, he was probably already thinking about how much he would make from selling a Babylonian, a rare race to come across and even worse what if he learned that she was a princess.

She was terrified as the man lingered in the area, watching her like some sort of prey. 'why is Ja'far is taking so long?' she panicked looking around to see if she could spot him. Her heart calmed a bit when she saw him talking to a man and looking at some scrolls. A small sigh escaped her lips as she looked back to keep an eye on the man. 'Ja'far's close by, everything will be fine' she reassured herself but then realized the man was gone. 'maybe he left'
