the road trip

i poured some milk into her sippy cup and heated it in the microwave hoping it will make her fall asleep in the car. there was no way i was gonna listen to her complain for 4 hours straight.

i finished packing the bag and picked ev back up. "guys cmon we're leaving!" i yelled up to the rest of the kids and they came flooding down. we all piled into the car.

toni sat in the drivers seat and i was in the passengers seat. in the second row was evi, aiden, and grace. the third was tayleigh, ella, and angelica. and the last row was brandon and liam.

"is everyone ready? toni asked. there was a chorus of yeses and we were off. not even 10 minutes into the trip and evianna was already complaining. "evabear you need to fall asleep and be respectful of everyone else in the car. please go to bed." i said to her calmly but irritated. she just kept pouting and i sighed.

"did you pack her milk?" toni asked me. "oh yea. thanks babe." i said while taking the milk out the bag and handing it to ev. she took it and after 5 minutes was out like a light.

the car ride was fairly short in my opinion and the kids slept the whole way through. "we're here tt!" i said. "cher your such it kid!" toni said playfully and we both laughed. toni called sweet pea, jughead, archie, fangs, and kevin who were already here to help us with the luggage and the kids.

"hey guys how was the trip?" kevin said hugging us. "not too bad. went by fast." toni said to them. we woke up liam and brandon because they were too big to carry. i carried tayleigh, toni carried aiden, kevin carried angelica, brandon carried ev, archie carried ella, and jug carried grace.

liam, sweet pea, and fangs carried all the bags. as we were waiting on the check in line i felt tayleigh's head perk up from my shoulder.

"are we here?" she asked while opening her eyes slowly. "yea we are tatertot." i said and moved her hair out of her face. we got our room keys and completely passed out from being so tired. tomorrow was going to be a fun day.

A/n: i've decided to write there mini vacation into 2 chapters maybe 3 so stay tuned. btw i will be explaining the room situation in the next chapter. comment what should happen at the indoor water park. should someone get hurt or be afraid to go on a ride? idk guys i need your feedback lmao. have a great day!
