Chase POV

Evan and I followed Sahara deep into the woods. After twenty five minutes of walking we came to a old house where Sahara walked in. Evan walked pass me trying to get a closer look but as soon as he touched the door, it shook him throwing him back out in the front yard. " holy sh- Evan are you ok" the only thing I herd was a low groan. Come on evan were getting out of here.

I held Evan arm over shoulder walking away when I herd voices, it was definitely coming from the house. Using my supernatural hearing I tried to listen what they were saying, but it was in a language I didn't understand. " Chase am cool now you and let go" Evan said lowly. " Ah yeah sure " " are you alright?" I asked.

" yeah I'll heal soon,come on we should go."Probably it's true, Sahara might be a witch. " Evan looked at me a bit worried but he didn't reply. We got back to the car and on our way home Evan didn't say a word. " Evan are you sure your ok. " Chase we need to tell dad" " No we dont" " yes we do if Sahara is a witch she's a threat, didnt you see how powerful she is. " " chase this is serious. "

" ok fine we'll tell dad but only when I say so" I said. " fine" Evan groaned. We got home around six and Evan and I both shot up the stairs. " What the hell am I going to do, Sahara seems like a nice girl. " " But what if she's not, what if she's a killer" Evan shouted. " she's not" I said. " Don't worry tomorrow we have class I'll get to the bottom of it. " " bottom of what" a deep voice said. " ah .....dad your here, how are you". I said nervously. " Don't give me that b.s chase, what are you both up to. " he asked.

" Nothing dad just having a few minor issues at school that's all. " " Very well, remember if you have any info let me know. " Yeah sure dad. " " feeew.. That was close. " Evan said. " Shut up evan, have you fully healed? " Ah yeah am good" I laid in bed thinking about Sahara, as much as I like her she and her kind hurt my brother, she better have a good explanation tomorrow. I heard a knock on my door looking around I saw evan.

" What do you want Evan you just left? " " Calm down chase, I can feel your emotions from my room" " I'm fine" I sigh looking at Evan closing the door, sometimes I forget we have that twin connection thing.
