Chapter Twelve: Ravenclaw Vs Slytherin

LUNA'S POV

"Luna wake up" I groaned and turned in my sleep; feeling the bed shift. I felt my covers being tugged but I had an iron grip; no one took my blankets while I was asleep.

"Luna come on" I heard someone grunt; I opened one eye and smiled at Cho who was trying to force me out of bed.

"Good Godric how are you so strong at this time? You're stronger when you're asleep" I giggled and took the covers off of me,

"I just don't like my covers being taken; my dad used to try and wake me up the same way; he soon learned that it's better for me to wake up on my own than to try and do it himself" I rubbed my eyes and got up from bed; changing into some clothes; I also wore my Spectrespecs.

"Where did you get those glasses?" I put them over my head,

"My dad did a page on these and were giving them out for free; you're supposed to detect Nargles" she raised a brow at me,

"Nargles? Well do you see any on me?" I put on my glasses and smiled; I didn't see a trace of any.

"No you're fine; they usually make you feel less focused and more confused" she nodded,

"So why did you wake me up at..." I looked at the time,

"7:30AM on a Saturday?"

"Because Ravenclaw is playing today!" I rolled my eyes but smiled,

"Cho you know I'm not into that stuff-"

"-But they're playing against Slytherin! That means Draco is going to be there" she wiggled her eyes at me and I shoved her,

"Shut up Cho; I don't like him like that" she waved me off,

"Keep saying that to yourself; but once you finally realize the truth come talk to me" she winked and I rolled my eyes,

"Okay Cho whatever you say"

We had just made it to the pitch; I could see that most of the school was already piling in; leaving us with less options on where to sit.

"Darn I knew I should've woken you up earlier" I shook my head; we found some seats that weren't too high up but also wasn't too low. But, we had to sit with the Slytherins. I didn't mind too much; in fact I saw some spare seats next to Blaise; and he wasn't sitting with Parkinson, Goyle or Crabbe; they were closer to the bottom.

"Hey Blaise" he looked up and smiled at me,

"Hey Luna" he looked over at Cho,

"This is Cho, Cho this is Blaise" they waved at each other before we sat down. Good thing too because it looked like the game was about to start. I put my bag down and took out one of my favourite muggle books; Timeless. It's about a girl who goes back in time and falls in love with someone who was born in the 1900's. I thought it was very romantic.

"Coming from the left side of the pitch; Ravenclaw! Being led by Zacharias Smith!" I heard Cho clap her hands along with the other Ravenclaws; Gryfindors and Hufflpuffs were cheering too; no one wanted to Slytherin to win I guess.

"And on the right side; Slytherin! Being led by Urquhart!" I looked up from my book and watched as the Slytherin team walked out; I saw that Draco was one of the one's in the front. Our side of the field cheered and he looked around; stopping when his eyes met mine. I smiled lightly and waved; he returned it with the same smile. The captains stepped up and shook hands,

"I want a clean game; don't think I won't stop it if it gets too rough" the coach said in a firm voice. They all stepped back and hopped on their brooms.
