Alas these petals swim away,
carried by the current of this rainy hue.

And with your hands caressing my skin,
I have never had moments to feel blue.

So I am indebted to this web that you weave,
and this love for you, as I feel it true.

And now I am stuck being by your side,
because I have become indebted to your due.

And now the curtains have been drawn,
the opulent colors have finally tainted the pawn.

Now this pallid, grayish tone of black and white,
has stopped consuming everything in my sight.

And now this sweet toxin of flavorless love,
has been thrown to stain the clouds in my skies.

And now this sweet potion, this elixir,
has chosen to finally pay heed to my cries.
