• Was not originally in the line up to be Gyeong-ja's protective force
• For many years he was unaware of how his daughter was doing. SM entertainment was very lazy in giving Gyeong's parents updates on their daughter and restricted contact. They had limited contact and when asked how she was they ere given vague answers. It wasn't until eight years after her debut did they discover her mental toll and less than beneficial treatment
• When they had finally learned of what their daughter had went through, Harry and Jihye did not wait to fly over. No longer the fifteen year old but a twenty three year old. A woman who was hurt by those she thought had her best interest and frightened over who to trust, it was in the interest of both Harry and Jihye to take care of their daughter until she was ready to progress
• Both parents were surprised at their daughter's request to have them stay as she continued at BigHit. Never did she expect her parents to stay by her side by applying for her management team
• As her main bodyguard he is with her at all times. He is the one fans are most often exposed to (and thirst over). Positioned by her side at airports, backstage right against the curtain during interviews or even sitting beside her at award shows, Harry has been dubbed the father of Gyeong-ja's fandom once it was revealed that he is her father.
FACTS • Is the most brutal out of all of Gyeong-ja's bodyguards and does not hesitate to push or shove touchy fans who get in their way or attempt to touch her. Media often calls him out on it but he could care less if it means his daughter feel protected.
• Is the one to always be taken to Award shows (to which he is always bored at but stands and claps when his own daughter wins)
• He has been made a meme several times but the most iconic appeared at the 2015 MAMA Awards in which her album since joining BigHit had grabbed her album of the year. Harry's standing up and smiling was memeified to show Gyeong-ja peak level proudness that is still used in current times
