i can't drift away into the galaxy
only gravity is pulling me down
and there's so much pressure
that my heart exploded into shards

there's a scroll written in my tears

i had flower petals as wings
a vibrant waterfall as my hair
saturn's rings hung in my eyes
a taurus constellation laced in my eyelashes
and skin the color of my deepest dreams
but i'm still stuck in a planet
filled with nightmares and lost hope
and only a few others
who are just like me
having nothing but a mourning soul
many dying stars clustered in dull eyes
ashy remnants of planets as skin
and invisible skeleton wings
i know i'm not supposed to be here
i know i'm destined for something greater
than this endless blackhole
but life isn't fair
and gravity is pulling me down
