Abilities: Arashi (Zanpakuto. Just a normal straightedge katana), Hakuda, Shunpo, Shunko Shunko: creates a solid clone that can fight for him, or with him. Can only make one. Clone does not have Zanpakuto, and cannot use other powers.
Shikai: Comand: Flash. Becomes a saber type sword with two prongs on either side (4 prongs total). Can generate electricity, in several forms. Inazuma: runs lightning through the blade, increasing it's cutting power. Raiun: stabs his sword in the ground, electrocuting anything in a 20 foot radius. Chidori: fires a lightning bolt from his sword Raiton: Summons a lightning bolt from the heavens. Drains his reiatsu immensely.
Bankai: Kirin Arashi Returns to it's sealed form, and summons a giant dragon made from lightning, that can breath lightning, and use several other lightning attacks.

Personality: analytical, and seems distant, but is a good friend when you get to know him Weaknesses: terrible at Kido, and cannot use lightning when underground. Cannot use Bankai unless outside. Backstory: Grew up with Renji and them in the Rukongai, and graduated from soul reaper academy with honors. Fell in love with Momo after he graduated. Was promoted to co-luietenant with Rangiku to squad 9. Was then promoted to captain of squad 4 after the ryoka arc.
