I hate black.

I despise it with a vengeance.

It's my worst enemy.

It's so dull and dead.

"I think it suits you." Spencer said, looking me up and down while rubbing his jaw. "About time you wore what you were created for." He grinned and walked away.

Leaving me in skinny, black leather pants. A black shirt with slits on the sleeves, a black leather jacket over that had chains running from the pocket to the bottom button. Black high heel ankle boots with studs running up the sides of it. And black leather fingerless gloves.
My hair was up in a messy bun. My eyes were lined with black liner, my lips painted with clear lip gloss.

"What did he mean by that?" I asked Charles.

Charles frowned. "He called you the Devil."

I huffed. "I can't breathe in this thing."

"Makes you sound more huskier."  Charles grinned sheepishly as I rolled my eyes.

"Perfect." Tanner walked in, not even looking up at me. "Let's head out."

*

I took a deep breath in, adjusting my nerdy glasses that was actually a camera

"Remember what you see, we see." Spencer said, turning to face me in his little stool at the back of the van. "Through that. So don't go to the bathroom with them on." He grinned.

I glared at him. "Whatever."

"And never take those earrings off." Spencer added. "What you hear, we hear. Thro--"

"Through that. Yes yes, get it." Tanner interrupted.

I grinned and took one earring and blew on it.

"Awww! Shit!" Spencer held his ear where his microphone was.

I laughed like an evil witch.

Tanner looked at me over his phone. "Can we move?"

I rolled my eyes, getting out of the van, my breathing laboured.

I adjusted my jacket and smoothed my super tight pants.

Taking a deep breath in, I took a step forward.

And landed on my face.

"Bwahagaga!" Spencer laughed through the microphone.

I got up, dusting myself off and acting like nothing at all happened.

I took a deep breath in and began walking again. Towards the bar that was going to be the death of me.

I approached the entrance. In the front of the bar, stood rows of motorbikes and a Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I took another deep breath in and pushed the bar door open, and entered into humidity.

I scrunched my nose in disgust. All these oily, sweaty bodies all around was not helping with the knot in my stomach.

As I made my way towards the bar section, all male eyes were on me.

"Confidence." Spencer's voice came through the microphone in my ear.

I held my chin high, making my strides more... sexy? I placed my thumbs in the pockets of my leather jacket.

When I reached the bar, I took a seat on a stool.

"What can I get you, darl'?" The bar tender asked, coming over to me. She was a middle aged woman with brown hair, a few gray hairs in between. She had the same tattoo as every Ancep. A tree with Anceps on the bottom of the tree.
