A few days later, the tickets arrive in the mail at the dorm for me in an envelope from my parents. Inside were the two tickets and a note from my parents.

"Have fun! We love you so much honey! Mom and Dad"

Just as I come back to my room from collecting our mail, Sophia bounds into our room from her last class of the day and throws her stuff on her bed, which is across the room from mine.

"What're you doing next Friday?" I ask as she has her back turned to me, sorting through her own mail. "Nothing. Daniel and I may do something he want me to go to the lax party." She says.

"Oh, so I guess you wouldn't be interested in a New York Islanders game then." I say, holding the tickets up for when she finally turns; which she did. She whipped around before I could blink and grabs the tickets from me "WHAT?! Yes, I wanna go!" She says, almost screams. I laugh and take them back from her, placing them in the drawer of my nightstand. "Ok, calm down." I say laughing. I think I'm almost as excited as she is to go to the game. I haven't gone out in a long time.
