Volume 1 chapter 1: orientation and meeting the teammates

16 year old Y/n POV

I got up from my bed and got dressed and walked out of my room. I went downstairs and ate breakfast. Then walked outside to greet all the other people who are going to enroll here because I might as well meet my classmates. I walked outside and walked to the landing zone. The bullhead landed and out came two people that I never thought I'd see again... Yang and Ruby they walked up to me and Yang said "do we know each other you seem familiar." I then said "yes we do known each other Yang."

She then asked "how do I know you?" I then said "I'll give you a hint picture me with red hair." I assume she did so because she said "oh my god. Y/n is that you?!" I then said "yeah it's me." Ruby then said "wait what?" I then said "it's me ridding hood don't you remember your own brother." She then realized I wasn't lying and hugged me tight and asked "why did you dye your hair." I then lied and said "the red wasn't working for me so I dyed it white."

I then got a call on my scroll from my dad and said "I gotta go but I'll see you later." I left and answered it and he said "I need you to meet someone they're waiting by the fountain." Walked to the fountain and I saw a blonde woman in blue. She turned around and I realized who she was. Her name was Artoria Pendragon she was so good with a sword she earned the title saber.

I walked up to her and said "hey I'm-" she then interrupted me and said in an almost monotone voice "you're Y/n Emiya also known as archer." I then said "yeah... um... so why are we here?" She then said "we are waiting for two others to join us." I then said "cool... so... where are you from?" She then said "atlas. Where are you from?" I then said "an island called Patch." She was about to say something else when a guy with white hair walked up and said "my name is Galahad otherwise known as shielder."

I then said "my name is Y/n Emiya also known as..." Before I could finish his eyes lit up and said "you're Archer right." I then said "yeah that's what I'm called." He then said "that's amazing I'm a huge fan." I then said "well nice to meet you Galahad." Artoria then introduced herself. Then a guy with blue hair and a shit eating grin walked up and said "the names Cú Chulainn also known as Lancer."

He then noticed Artoria and walked up to her and said "hey you're cute wanna grab a bite to ea-" Artoria then kneed him in the dick for being to close. I then said "if your done fucking around let's find out why we're here." Artoria then said "the only reason we're here is because we need to discuss a plan to get in the same team."

Timeskip that night

Me future teammates and I have to sleep in the auditorium like everyone else. I rolled out my sleeping bag and got changed into my pajamas.

I laid down on my sleeping bag and Cú then walked up to me and said "hey archer." I then said "what do you want Cú?" He then said "I thought we should call each other by are titles." I then said "why?" He then said "because it's easier for the author to remember the titles instead of spelling out Artoria." I then said "I don't understand what you just said but okay whatever."

He then said "also what do you think of saber." I then said "she's nice I think." He then said "not like that I mean do you think she's hot." I then said "I mean she's pretty but we just met so I don't have feelings for her." He then said "dude feelings have nothing to do with it, we're guys what do feelings mean to us?"

I then said "your single aren't you?" He then said "yeah, do you have any idea why." I then said "because you're a douchebag. Now if you don't mind I'm trying to go to sleep here so please fuck off."

I turned away from him and he said "you'll learn to like me." I then said "I seriously doubt that now please fuck off and go to sleep."
