Adjusting your white shirt and the pencil skirt along with your tie, you gave yourself a last look in the mirror before making your way out of the apartment.
You had an interview dated today and didn't want to be late. Hailing a taxi and making it through the annoying traffic, you finally reached the wanted destination.
Before you stood the skyscraper, a prestigious company, with a 'JK CORPORATION' label attached to the building with big bold and white blocks.
Taking a deep breath, you closed your eyes to soothe out the nervousness, that suddenly gripped you. Taking a look at your appearance once again out of self-consciousness, you entered the building.
The automatic big glass doors opened revealing the professionalism. At the side sat a receptionist. You walked up
"Excuse me, where is the interview taking place?"
"You are?" The receptionist asked without taking her eyes off her computer.
"Kim Y/n"
"Ah, the interview is taking place on the third floor. Turn left as soon as you reach the floor"
"Thank you", You quickly but politely said before your way to the elevator.
The elevator dinged announcing that you had reached the floor. Not to your surprise, you saw many people sitting there quietly, some either because of nervousness and some listening to music through their earpods.
Taking a seat at the corner you waited. Millions of thoughts crossing your mind. Mentally shaking all the negative thoughts off.
Hours flew by quickly when you heard your name being called. Standing up and taking a last look at the appearance again, you headed to the room where the interview was taking place
Opening the door, you expected to see many old people sitting and they would be one asking questions with a frown and hard face. But no. There sat only two young boys who you thought to be good-looking behind the table.
Knocking on the door, acknowledging your presence, you entered.
"You're Kim Y/n right?" One of them asked
"Yes sir" you tried to let out a voice with confidence.
"Nice to meet you, please take a seat"
You gently sat on the sit and forwarded the files. However, your legs were restless. Obviously, you have given presentations in front of at least 40 students back then, but this was nothing compared to that
"I'm Jung Hoseok and this is Park Jimin and we'll be taking your interview and to be honest don't be nervous," Hoseok assured flashing his famous heart smile to which you slightly smiled back
Both the boys went through the files and kept them aside. And you mentally doubted if they really went through it.
"you are a scholar in Seoul High, it's very impressive," Jimin said
"Yes sir"
"We also studied in the same school, right Jimin?" Hoseok asked the younger boy next to him
"Yes, we did. The school is very tough in the syllabus along with the strict discipline and rules. Keeping that aside, why do you want to join this company?" Jimin asked
"It was my dream to work in this company and to experience a professional life. Having its name worldwide, I went through a very hard life to achieve the position I'm in now" you replied honestly. You knew making things up won't get you anywhere and you weren't the type of girl to lie
"Hm. Suppose you have to choose between personal life and professional life, what would you choose?" Hoseok was next to the question
You felt something off about the question but brushed it off and answered, "personal life and professional life, both are important to me, but if it coming to choose, I don't think I will be able to choose. I would rather manage it out and keep both the lives"
Both boys were rather impressed by the answer you gave. They both looked at each other's eyes and it looked like they were talking with their eyes. Turning their heads, they smiled at you who was looking at them confusingly
"Thank you for the interview, Ms. Kim. We'll inform you later about our decision"
You stood up and bowed. Taking the file off the table, you left the room

"I liked that girl," Hoseok said
"Me too, I think I have the perfect position for her" Jimin said looking at Hoseok with a playful smile
"Are you thinking what I'm thinking?" Hoseok asked with the same expression as the younger
"Yes Hyung, she is the one"

On the other hand, you reached the ground floor and throughout it, you kept thinking about the question the two interviewers asked. You were heading towards the entrance when you bumped into something that resulted in a break from your not-so-important thoughts.
In front of you stood a man in a Black suit not much older than you, with a scowl on his face.
"Watch where are you going," the man said before leaving baffled due to his rude behavior. You weren't going to take that rude behavior
"Hey I'm sorry but it was your fault too. So you should also watch where you are going" you retorted back which made the man in Black suit halt in his steps. Before he could turn you were already out of the building
"That girl"
"That boy"
Both of you mumbled at the same time with an annoyed tone with a Little anger evident in it

It was already nighttime, ready to sleep when your phone dinged signaling that you had a message. Opening the message and going through it, you smiled and Did a small cheering dance, and you were sure you looked like a frantic chicken in doing so.
Ms. Kim, Congratulations, you have successfully passed the interview. You'll be working directly under the CEO as manager. You can join the position from the very next day. Thank you.
