「loved you」

"is chanmi gonna come home?" beomgyu asks, leaning his chin on the crib that jungkook and hyuna had set up while jimin was at the hospital "yes bub, we're picking her up later, remember?" jimin says as he brings in some sheets as well as the baby blanket with namjoon's scent, beomgyu's eyes were fixed on to the crib mobile that held stars and a moon, he remembers how much his daddy loved the night sky, he remembered a camping trip where they spent almost all night stargazing. 

"do you think she'll like me?" he wonders, getting on the rocking chair while he watches his mommy prepare the crib, jimin had a warm smile on his face as he knelt down to level with his son "she'll love you just as much as you love her." he cupped the pup's chubby cheeks and nuzzled his nose, making him giggle 

"will we still stay here with papa?" he asks, jimin pressed his lips into a thin line, thinking of an answer "why do you ask baby?" 

"i heard you and daddy talking about moving." beomgyu replies, tilting his head 

"i don't know yet bub, what would you want?" jimin picks him up from the chair, sitting down himself and setting him on his lap 

"wanna.. spend time with daddy too but do i still get to see papa?" jimin makes him lean his head on his chest, brushing the pup's hair "well, we'll just see what happens." beomgyu lets out a hum as he sniffed at jimin's scent, eyes slowly drooping 

"i love you baby." the omega whispers "i'm not baby anymore." beomgyu grumbles, eyes closed but lips formed into a pout, jimin chuckles "you're always my baby." he reminds before they fell asleep, softly rocking on the chair as lullabies emanated throughout the room.

unbeknownst to them, wonho was just outside the room, he had finished talking to namjoon about chanmi being able to go home that day.

he's had the talk with namjoon just days after jimin had been discharged, the alpha had invited him over to his office, wanting to catch up on what he had missed. 

the tension between them had managed to disappear slowly throughout the weeks since they had to see each other more frequently due to chanmi being born

as well as through beomgyu, namjoon reconnecting with his son and wonho having to be another father figure for the pup, so they had came to the conclusion to be civil with each other and maybe become friends. 

wonho had brought up the issue regarding the harassment towards jimin during the scandal, jimin had never wanted his husband to know as he didn't want to be a bother but namjoon somehow pressed wonho into telling him if there had been problems throughout the months that wonho was the one there for jimin. 

it ended up with wonho telling him the real reason why he had moved out of their home, all the harassment they had received and jimin opting to just let it go despite getting advised to press charges. 

namjoon shared his frustrations as this was something positive and negative about jimin, always thinking about others rather than putting himself first. 

namjoon shared that he was jealous of wonho, having been able to take care of his family even though it wasn't his obligation but the other alpha reassures him that everything will be okay, that his family will be back together, and made him promise that he doesn't make the same mistakes again. 

namjoon had shared that he wanted a fresh new start with them, wanting to live in peace, at the eastern coast, at sokcho, he wanted his family away from the bustling city

wonho was a bit hesitant, having grown close to the omega and the pup but he nods at the idea, thinking it was the best for jimin, beomgyu, and chanmi as well, all he asked was if he can visit them from time to time which namjoon agreed to, knowing that beomgyu loves him.

he also got to meet with seokjin at the same day, the omega had visited the office to talk to namjoon and was utterly surprised when he got inside the room and the alpha's were sharing a laugh but it got serious when wonho had told him about how his fans had been treating jimin and on other cases beomgyu 

this led to seokjin being horrified that he never even gave a statement to leave jimin out of the drama and it made him feel guilty yet again but he immediately jumped into action and told namjoon to put out a statement that anyone who defames or harasses the omega will be brought to court but the real reason he had come in was that he wanted to ask for a break, wanting focus on his pup rather than his career at the moment which namjoon agreed to

lastly, to tell the alpha that he was going to be moving back to gwacheon, where he grew up, the alphas surely worried but he assured them that his friends were gonna be living with him, namjoon ultimately agrees as he knows how important sandeul and moonbyul is in his life but he made sure that he didn't forget his promise to jimin, to take care of the pup.

jimin smiles as soon as he finally held chanmi in his arms, they had just got home from the hospital and jimin couldn't be more happier. 

she was very soft and fragile "hi baby." jimin whispers, sitting down and studying her face "you're so beautiful, my love." he adds and he noticed his other baby at the door "beomie, come here." he gestures, the pup was a bit timid but he came forward 

"she's so small mommy." he comments, his fingers ghosting on to her little hand, he was caught off guard when the little pup wrapped her fingers around his index finger "o-oh, mommy look, she's holding me." he giggles, making jimin laugh lightly "see, she already likes you, she knows that you'll protect her." he praises, seeing the glint in beomgyu's eyes 

"i love you too chanmi." beomgyu pipes, kissing her chubby cheeks, his long hair tickling her causing her to laugh "you're one happy baby, aren't you?" the omega rubs the pad of his thumb on her rosy cheek 

"look at you." his head whips up to see wonho, leaning on the threshold of the door "hey." jimin beams, the alpha leans down, kissing the baby's forehead before he locked eyes with jimin 

"it's so good to see you happy, you deserve all the happiness." wonho reminds causing jimin's cheeks to go pink "wonho, thank you for everything." he whispers, not wanting to wake chanmi up who had somehow fallen asleep, probably from beomgyu's soft touches 

"it was a pleasure." wonho replies "i've been talking to namjoon." the omega's ears perked up at his husband's name "he talked to me about his plans about starting over and i agree with what he told me so far." jimin pouts 

"you don't want us here anymore wonnie?" he joked making the alpha chuckle "i love living with you minnie, actually, before anything else, i actually-" 

"i know you had a crush on me, wonnie." the omega's eyes had turned into crescents as he smiles "i called it, beomgyu doesn't shut his mouth." jimin nods in agreement 

"actually, i'm thankful that you didn't take advantage of my vulnerability but rather you stayed with me knowing how much i needed support." wonho's eyes widened when he felt a pair of soft lips on his cheek 

"stop being cute, minnie." wonho pokes his nose "i figured i should drop my little crush on you, i don't care if we just stay friends because the most important thing for me is your happiness and safety." 

jimin felt his heart pound in his chest, thinking the alpha might want to move on and not want to see him again "you'll still come see us, right?" the omega sighs in relief when the alpha nods 

"you became one of my bestest friends minie, well, i don't want to label myself as your best friend since yoongi will have my head." and with that they shared a few laughs and decided to spend the whole night together to watch movies, giving beomgyu all the cuddles he wanted and talking about all the things they have went through, taking turns in taking care of chanmi. 

the pair had assured each other that everything will be okay from now on.
