Chapter 9
Savvyn
Kai and I were at Panda Express for lunch. God knows how much I love my Chinese food.
"I was thinking for the wedding, maybe I should have an ice sculpture of something elegant, like a swan or something."
"A swan? Sounds elegant, but basic.. I don't think you should get a ice sculpture anyway, it'll melt too quick."
"Nonsense, I'll just make sure that the room is at decent temperature. ."
"Kai, you can't freeze everyone for the sake of an ice sculpture. " I laughed , shes so silly.
"Yeah your right, I have to be more considerate... I guess I'll just settle for a fountain."
"Are you going to get it filmed ?"
"Of course! Then we are going to get our photos taken at the end , outside in the courtyard . We are going dress shopping for you very soon miss missy, so get your ideas ready." She got up to throw her plate away. I checked the time and it was 3:30 I had to go pick up Trevor from practice. His car is in the shop for a paint job . I called to see if he was ready but, yet again, he was sending me straight to voicemail.
"You ready to go Sav?" Kai asked. I nodded and stood out from my seat. I kept calling to see if he would answer but, he didn't. So Kai and I rode over to the stadium.
"I can't believe he's ignoring my calls again."
"His phone might've went dead , don't overreact . "
"Hes been hanging out with Trisha a lot. For some reason , I have a bad feeling about her."
"Who's Trisha?"
"She was at your wedding party , she was with all the other girls surrounding him. You told me not to worry about her."
"I don't know a Trisha, she might be Marc's friend or family member ." I just do not want to lose Trevor. He's mine and only mine.
Once we reached the stadium , I parked the car in a parking spot . Kai and I then went inside to the front lobby . Luckily , his friend Nathan was at the door .
"Hey Nathan! You seen Trevor?"
"Yeah! he left about an hour ago ."
"Did you happen to see who he was leaving with?" Kai added in.
"Um , no , he just ...left ."
"Alright. Thanks Nathan." We walked out the building and back to the car.
"See what I mean?"
"It doesn't mean that he's out with Trisha..." Im glad that she was trying to stay positive , but it started to get aggravating.
We left the stadium and decided to hit up some stores. We stopped at Forever 21 first to pick up some things. Then we headed over to footlocker. There was a crowd of people mobbed outside of the store. We tried to look around the crowd to see what the ruckus was all about , but to no avail. After no luck in looking beyond the crowd , Kai and I went by a few more stores , then back to foot locker.
The crowd was minimized but you could still tell that something major was going on. When we finally got inside , Im not sure if it was a coincidence but, It was Trevor. Sitting down at table , Signing posters. With Trisha by his side. I got immediately heated.
"Savvyn , Is that-"
"Trisha." I finished Kai's sentence. I had no idea why he was signing posters but I intended to find out. Luckily , Trevor hadn't seen us yet so , we went behind them and pretended that we were looking at shoes. But we were just eavesdropping.
