It's not an uncommon thing for the locals to fall down the rabbit hole that is Kpop. Most of the time they see a member and have the urge to know how they like their eggs in the morning before submersing themselves into the artistry and coming out of a kpop stan. BBMAS 2017 "THE GIRL IN WHITE"
The billboard music awards is one of many music events in which awards are given out for music categories to a different array of artists. It is marked as Kpop sensation BTS' first big music award in where they were nomination and won their first 'Top Social Artist'. It is remarked a key moment in which they attracted the attention of the locals as seen with Jin's nickname "third guy on the left". It is also locals first experience with BTS' female Ki Maeum and how unprepared they were for her American debut.
