So, uh...I sorta came out to two new friends recently, and imma just gonna tell you what I did. Why? Because I could find no good way to come out online.
Okay so; Friend number one. I did this on Friday, after school hours, so with luck I didn't have to see her. I texted her; Ace if Spades (a card typically representing AroAce's). She was confused, and I said it again, along with this picture;
She looked it up, and was really happy that I could trust her enough to tell her, and it was really great. The unedited picture is at the start of the chapter, Incase any of you wanna use it.
Then, I got Cocky, and tried to come out to my other friend. A little backstory; half the school, including most of my friends, thought me and my friend were dating (we're both girls—it was hilarious, especially considering she's bi). Anyway—fast-forward about six months later, to when I came out. At lunch , I casually asked her: "On a scale of 1-10, how gay do you think I am?" Why? Because I was honestly curious. (She gave me a 6.5, if anyone was wondering XD) So I told her I was Ace, and explained both Aromantic & Asexual.
Long story short; she doesn't believe it's a real thing whatsoever...Yay......
Anyway–
