"Ano ba?!" I heard her shouted at awtomatikong napatayo ako sa kinauupuan ko. Nagmadali akong pumunta sa kinaroroonan nya. And there, I got lost to my senses. Sinapak ko yung lalaking nasa harapan nya.

"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH HER!" sigaw ko sa gagong iyon. Galit na galit ako. Muli kong pinagsusuntok yung lalaki. I'm completely dumbfounded, nagdilim ang paningin ko. She was there, inaawat ako sa ginagawang panununtok sa ungas na yun. But I lost my control. The next thing I knew, may dalawang bouncer na sa likuran ko and they grabbed my arms. "FUCK! BITAWAN NYO AKO! HINDI PA AKO TAPOS SA GAGONG 'YAN!" sigaw ko. I stopped when I saw her face, she was frowning and tears escaped her eyes. Kumalma ako. Tahimik akong sumama sa mga bouncer at sumunod siya.

Now we're here outside the club. Nakaupo kaming dalawa sa isang bench sa tapat ng mismong club kung saan kami napalabas.

"Lagot na naman tayo kay daddy nito," she pouted. Napangiti ako. Pero ayokong ganito lagi, kaya naman tinanggal ko ang suot kong jacket at isinuot sa kanya yun. "You should know how to dress up properly. At iwasan mo na magclub. Hindi na kita sasamahan next time, Aphrodite Reese Preston,"

"Adam Spencer Preston, hindi ko naman kasi kailangang samahan, I'm 20 years old. Kaya ko ang sarili ko," and she rolled her eyes.

"Wow. Kaya mo na pala ang sarili mo kaya nagsisigaw ka dun kanina and you cried? Wow..." and she rolled her eyes again. "Okay, sige na. Let's go home Reese. Para di ka na sobrang lagot kay daddy," and I held her hand. My heart skipped a beat. Leche. Why do I always need to feel this when I'm with her?

"Okay. But you know what, Spencer? I learned that....kaya pala Aphrodite ang pangalan ko kasi boys cannot resist me, none of them," and she winked. Ginulo ko ang buhok nya at naglakad na kami papunta sa kotse.

"And you? Kinonsinte mo sya?" sabi ni daddy. Nasa office nya ako ngayon dito sa bahay. Pinapagalitan nya ako because of what happen. Knowing dad, walang maitatago sa kanya. He keeps an eye on us, especially on ME. He has his ways, his filthy ways. Alam nya kahit ang nararamdaman ko para kay Reese.

"When will you realize, Adam?" umupo sya sa swivel chair nya at isinalin ang laman ng bote, bote ng vodka sa kanyang baso. "When will you realize that it's not okay! Adam! You can't love her that way!" nagtaas na ang boses nito at dinuro-duro na ako. Napayuko na lang ako, clenching my fist.

"I can never understand it dad! I can never understand why I can't love her! Hindi ko sya totoong kapatid and you know that! Parehas lang ang apelyido naming pero-" hindi ko na natapos ang sasabihin ko ng napatayo sya at hampasin ang working table nya.

"NEVER, ADAM! NEVER! Kaya kung ako sayo, tigil-tigilan mo na yang mga pag-iilusyon mo!" sigaw ni dad sa akin. Naihilamos ko sa mukha ko ang mga palad ko. Tumayo na ako at papunta na sa pinto. Hahawakan ko pa lang ang door knob ng narinig ko sya.

"Don't you dare fight me, Adam. Hindi dapat ako ang kinakalaban mo. Fight your feelings, Adam." with that, alam ko na sa sarili ko. I cannot take this anymore. I left his room at ibinalibag ko ang pintuan nya.
