It Wasn't What it Looked Like, I Swear

The kids in Dae's class were good; Wonderful actually. However, they didn't hold their own against 3Racha, but they did land quite a bit of hits.

The more Dae thought about it, the more she felt sympathy for the people in this class (Or school as a whole) because most of them were in this position due to unsafe environments that required them to learn how to fight. Anyone with an actual technique Dae could tell they had professional training and wanted to be here. But those with brute strength and little tricks up their sleeve she could tell they learned to fight to make it day by day.

After endless fights, it was Dae's turn to spar. She immediately sprung to her feet and felt the thrilling adrenaline pumping through her vein.

"Do you know why the rest of the students are fighting one of us, and you'll be fighting all of us?" Changbin questioned, stretching his limbs.

Dae faced him, her eyes sharp with determination. "I understand each of your fighting styles, so it wouldn't be fair to beat only one of you."

"Correct," Jisung assured. "Do you know how to render us unable to fight?"

"I watched the other fight," Dae defended in a whiny tone. "You incapacitate your opponent by throwing them to the ground and stomping on their chest."

"Correct once more. Please let us know when you're ready, and we will start."

Dae popped each of her knuckles loosely and loosened her muscles with a few light shakes. She then looked up at the three of them, her face suddenly emotionless.

"I'm ready."

They didn't waste a second to attack and neither did Dae. She first sharply kicked Jisung to the floor, successfully attempting to take him down first. Chan and Changbin immediately halted her advancements, both taking their turns attacking.

They both punched her from either side respectfully; Dae dodged Changbin's but was hit by Chan's.

To the other classmates witnessing the intense fight, it looked as if Dae was losing quite horrifically. However, they failed to notice the subtle winces of pain that the other members released. For when Dae strikes, she hits hard.

Dae kicked Changbin to the floor, stomping on his ribcage the same way she had done to Jisung. Therefore, this meant Dae only had to win against Chan to register her as the final, and strongest, winner.

However, this never happened. She lost against Chan due to the fact she doesn't often spar with Chan. This allowed Chan to surprise Dae with his unique fighting style. Additionally, he is the strongest member of Stray Kids.

As soon as she kicked Changbin out of the fight, Chan twisted her arm, almost completely shattering her elbow, and flipped her over his shoulder, making her land on her back, then he ground his black boot into her rib cage, making her the loser.

"And the winner is announced to Stray Kids... Obviously," Chan proclaimed to the class while helping Dae to her feet.

"Well, I'm a part of Stray Kids. So I technically won and lost at the same time."

"Alright, Smartass, we won. Please go sit down," Jisung interjected, gesturing to her self-isolated spot in the back of the class.

Dae gently smiles at him and made her way to her seat, ignoring the highly impressed stares her classmates were giving her.

"Okay," Chan began loudly, clapping his hands together once. "Let's give you all a whole-class evaluation before you are all dismissed. You all did better than we expected on the first day. Nonetheless, you will need a hefty load of technical training before you even dream of being in your own mafia group one day. But, what each one of you showed us together is something we can work with. That being said, technique can only get you so far, so you will all need to work on strength; Both are very important to win any fight. So, please work on both your free time," Chan looked at his phone, checking the time. "You guys have about three minutes to yourselves, do as you please."
