"Loyalty doesn't make people dangerous, Elijah."
"I must tell you one thing..."
"What is it?"
"Watch out for Sofia."
"I always am."
"Aurora was Klaus', first love."
"I didn't think he could love anyone let alone love Sofia the way he does. He devotes himself to her and would do anything for her."
"Yes, and he felt the same for Aurora."
"Are you telling me that Klaus is still in love with Aurora?"
"I have no idea what my brother thinks. I know he loves Sofia more than he ever loved Aurora but...a first love like theirs is not something that easily goes away."
"Even if for a love like Sofia? You said so yourself she is a love Klaus has never had."
"I've never seen a love like Sofia and Klaus. They are a match made in heaven despite their tragic connection. She loves him for the monster he's been and she's him for the good man he truly is. She's made him a better and more caring person. I never saw my brother as a father but...Hope and now their unborn child changes all of that."
"Do I need to worry about Aurora?"
"I wouldn't count her out. She is trouble and if she is not here now I fear it won't be long until she pokes her ugly head."
"We'll look out for Sofia and her family together."
"Always and forever."

Klaus' POV
"So my first-sired wants to kill you, yours wants to kill me. It makes you regret turning any vampires in the first place." Sofia is out with Cami and Hope.
"Well, the division of the labor seems crystal clear. Two of them, two of...us..." We stop dead in our track seeing a woman laying on a bed of lavender with her wrist slit. Horror fills my whole body knowing who it is. I take the note in her hand and read it before handing it over to Elijah. "Roses are red, lavender is blue. Come find me before I find you."
"I remember her being a better poet."
"Oh, I wouldn't say this is lacking in poetry."
"She wants us to find her, so let's." I head for the door but notice my brother still hasn't moved.
"Are you so eager, Niklaus? Last time you even said her name was 1,000 years ago when you told me never to speak it again in your presence."
"That didn't stop you from threatening to tell Sofia of her."
"I think the mother of your children and the woman you love has the right to know of your first love."
"So I'm to wait as she leaves her little calling cards all over my home? So that what Sofia may walk in and wonder what the hell this all is?"
"There's something you should know. When mother seized control of my mind, unleashing those monstrosities that lurk behind the Red Door, I saw something. Aurora was there."
"If you mean to confess a thousand-year-old secret that will divide us after our hard-won reconciliation, then te absolvo brother. There is nothing you could have done involving her that would be worse than what she did to me."
"Please do not dismiss this..."
"Whatever it is, it can wait. We have a plate of here-and-now problems and I mean to clear it. If it makes you feel any better, we can kill Aurora together. Then neither of us need to play her little mind games ever again. Hmm?"
