Aria's POV

10:00 PM

It was dark but the moon stood out. I was being carried threw the backyard by Adriano.

"Wait why am I being carried not that I'm complain." I thought.

"You fell asleep outside." He chuckled. Oops, I said that out loud.

"Yes, you did."

I looked down and blushed. He took me to my room and tucked me in.

"Please stay," I whispered as I grabbed his hand and looked anywhere but him.

"Sure my amour." He said softly.

He took off his shoes and came under the sheet with me. He pulled me to his chest and wrapped his arm around me. At first I stiffened then relaxed.

Adriano's POV

"Mommy please help me." I heard as I jumped up from my sleep.

"Damion please don't do it. I- I don't want you to hurt me." Ria cried.

"Ria it's just a nightmare," I said as I shook her.

"He . he was gonna-"

"It's ok I will always be there for you," I said whispering sweet nothings into her ear until she fell asleep.
