Cold hearted speech

It was approximately six month since they had debuted, and things had been going alright. Not incredibly well, but what could you expect coming from a company so small?

Jimin had lost a few kilos, and his dancing skills had improved with the help of Bighit's choreographer and a few tips from Hoseok. He was always a good dancer, but the hip hop concept they were doing was not his forte. So he had to work extra hard.

But things with Jungkook hadn't gotten better. If anything, they got worse.

Jimin tried to ignore it, he really did. He continued working for the team, cuddling with Taehyung, and being tormented by Hobi. All these things kept him going. But at times, Jungkook's icy attitude and blatant disrespect were enough to cause Jimin to break down. In private, of course.

But it was around 8 months following their debut, February of 2014, when things began to get confusing for Jimin. They were filming the the shoot of skool luv affair, and for once Jimin felt elated. Something told him this comeback would finally break the stigma around their group and maybe even increase their fan base.

Besides, the dance moves and costumes were really Jimin's favorite so far. He felt excited, and spent most of their breaks during the shoot with Taehyung, squealing like high schoolers.

"Jiminie, at first I wasn't so sure about my hair color being orange, but it's starting to grow on me." Tae examined his fluffy reddish orange hair in the mirror of the set's bathroom.

Jimin ran his fingers through the soft hair, smiling at how adorable it looked.

"I love it. It's my favorite style on you so far."

Tae smiled and shoved Jimin, clearly embarrassed.
Jimin was about to pinch him when Hoseok ran into the room, yelping loudly.

"Guys, you got to see what they're making Jin do for the shoot! He has to shove the actress up against the locker all manly like! It's hilarious"

Jimin's eyes widened. No way.
"What? Are you serious? Show us!"

The three of them ran from the bathroom towards the locker set and gawked as they saw a clearly flustered Jin being told by the director exactly how to push the actress. Jin nodded nervously, and as soon as the director yelled, 'action', Jimin couldnt contain his laughter.

Jin grabbed the girl by her shoulders and shoved her against the wall just a bit to hard, slamming his hand beside her head in the pinning position.

It was too ridiculous.

"Cut!" The director yelled, shoving past the three boys.

Jin immediately began apologizing to the girl profusely, face flushed with embarrassment.

Taehyung ran up to him, unable to keep from teasing Jin.

"Wow, hyung! You're so manly," He guffawed, running from the room with Jin close behind.

"Hoseok, your needed on the classroom set! Let's go!" The director's voice rang through the room, and Hoseok left, leaving Jimin alone on set.

He walked towards the lockers, enjoying the few minutes of peace he had alone before he was called to film the next scene.

Well, almost alone.

In an instant, Jimin was shoved face first into one of the lockers, which was promptly slammed shut behind him. Panick washed over Jimin's body as he frantically slammed his fists on the inside of the locker, desperate to open it.

"Shut up!" The voice that came from outside the lockers made Jimin's body freeze over. It was Jungkook's.

Jimin immediately tried to call out to him, yelling,
"Jungkook what the heck? Let me out!"

Jimin head Jungkook scoff outside the locker.

"Just calm down. You are in no position to complain."

Jimin was confused. What was Jungkook so angry about?

"Jimin, tell me the truth. Did you come into the bathroom last night while I was taking a shower?"

Jungkook sounded angry.

Jimin was silent. Shower? He vaguely remembered going into the bathroom late last night to grab his hair brush, but was that so wrong? They had one bathroom between the seven of them, and crossover was a daily thing. He couldn't count the amount of times Jungkook had barged in on Jimin while he was trying to take a piss.

What a fuckin hypocrite.

"I asked you a question hyung."

Jimin furrowed his brows.

"Yeah I guess I did? It was just to get my hairbrush so-

He was cut off.

"That's actually disgusting. We're you trying to see something?" Jungkook was really pushing it.

Jimin recoiled when he heard that. See something? What was that supposed to mean?

"What the heck Jungkook! Let me out right now, I'm done with this stupid conversation. We are both men. Let's not say silly things."

He heard Jungkook sigh.

"Yeah whatever."

The locker door was opened, and Jimin pulled out by his collar, only to be slammed up against the locker similarly to how Jin shoved the actress.

"Just don't do that kind of thing again. I won't be so forgiving next time."

Jungkook released Jimin from his grip and walked away, pausing as he reached the studio exit.

"And just so we're clear, I don't have any sort of unnatural feelings for you. So don't start getting comfortable around me just because we are friends."

Jimin nodded. But it was half hearted, not assured.
Because he knew that deep down, his feelings for Jungkook were of those that he wasn't supposed to feel. Something that could only lead to pain.
