Cheryl lied on her back as she gently stroked the tiny kitten on her stomach. It meowed an awful lot, but Cheryl couldn't help but absolutely adore Birdy.

While Toni was braiding her hair, she was unknowingly doing her hair the same time as Cheryl. Toni thought about how Cheryl hasn't talked to her about what went down with the whole kissing and I love you thing.

She thought about how she might've gone too fast and could have possibly made Cheryl a bit anxious about it.

So she decided to give her a call. Toni dialed her number and after a bit of waiting, Cheryl picked up.

"Hey Cheryl" said Toni.

"Hi Toni."

"I just kinda..." Toni thought for a second and then said "I wanted to check in to see how you felt about the kiss and the um..."

Cheryl didn't say anything which made Toni a bit anxious so she asked "Too much too fast?"

"Sorry. I just... I guess I'm not really experienced in well.."

"That's ok. Speaking of which..."

"Yeah?"

"Do you... wanna go on... a date with me? And forget the non existent first kiss. Let's just forget that happened" she said with a bit of a laugh.

"Agreed. Thanks for asking and caring Toni. And yeah sure, I'd love to."

"A date it is then."
