I was so disappointed when I discovered orientation was for all students regardless of whatsever degrees they were studying. It was just for a tour ofbtge school before they were separated but that was too much time as I noticed my ex best friend and boyfriend being all sweet and cuddly in front of me.
I tried my best to stay invisible as I stayed behind most people but it was a matter of time until tgey spotted me.
"Baek is that you?" Kris' familiar voice called me through the crowd. "Wow its been forever. Tao told me you were overseas" he said as he stood in front of me. I had to force another fake smile before responding. "Yes it has. How have you been?"
"After highschool I worked for a while but quit as soon as university time arrived. Its good to see you" he said but I knew that was far from the truth. After I broke up with him for no reason he ignored me, of course after spreading false rumors about how I was bad to him in the relationship. This is our first conversation after that time.
I could see the couple was trying their best not to act lovey in front of me but I really didn't care. I have known about it for far too long.
The rest of the tour was torturous because they dicided to stuck with me and ask annoying questions.
What were doing in America? Are you seeing anyone? Did you date anyone after highschool? How is your dad? Where is he?
WHY DON'T YOU MIND YOUR DAMN BUSINESS?
I was so relieved when the tour was over and we needed to separate. Worst hour of my life wasted and I swear I would have knocked them out cold if they kept going.
"You look like you're ready to commit murder" I turned to see a guy almost the same height as me and brown short hair with heart shaped lips smiling at me.
"That's because I was a few minutes ago" I responded returning the smile.
"I can totally relate" he responded as we both settled in the medicine department hall.
"Of course you can relate to death glares. We don't call you satansoo for nothing" another male with a pretty face and purple hair said as he dodged a physical attack from his friend before settling beside me on the other side.
"Hi. My name is Luhan. Second year. Art student" he said as her reached out to shake my hand as I did the same.

"Hi. I'm Baekhyun. First year Medical student"
"I'm Kyungsoo. First year medical student. Now Luhan what the hell are you doing here. Go to your department and draw a dick or something. What are you even doing here?"

"First of all lectures start next week so I don't need to be anywhere right now. I drew Sehuns dick yesterday and I will not draw another. And I'm here because my best friend is finally here and I want to support him" Luhan said giving us a sweet smile but I had a feeling it was far from sweet. He looked like a misfit.
"You're only here to oogle your boyfriend" Kyungsoo said rolling his eyes.
At that moment some lectures and students walked onto the stage and that's when I froze.
I thought I would never see him again but right before me was the very handsome nerd I had seen that night of the party. He wasn't a figment of my imagination. He was real and I was hooked.
