Some would say the arts of the big city was the key to fortune. Others typically believe in the business culture. Then, beliefs go as far as old fantasy increasing within the younger, modern generation.
Another fairytale has taken high measures on the so called island of "Manhattan", you know, the place everyone calls New York. Epic is just another word for an amazing experience. What I am really trying to say is, there are five rings wandering in the shops of New York City, and a census population of more than enough.
I attend New Hudson High School in Lower Manhattan. Just your typical, crazy school full of cliques from left to right. My clique "The Rebels", is definitely one of the leading here in N.H.H.S. Friends call me Jerome Colburn of course, but I would prefer to be known as a warrior, leader of the pack. It has always been my childhood dream to become a warrior, but as we get older, our parents want a serious answer. I guess serious was not part of my dreams.

Next in line is the forever beautiful Lina Vargaz. She is the hardest girl to see with a frown on her face. Her family had just relocated here to the Big Apple from Barcelona, Spain. A very tough girl indeed, but with big dreams. We are both the same age, sixteen, and the juniors of this clique.

The list goes on! Number three is R.J. Kattan, fifteen and just one of the two sophomores among us rebels. The boy has a very unique mind. One of his crazy ideas is to rule the Bronx Zoo. Laugh out loud. I am only kidding with you, but you would never know about the little mystery man.

All hail Queen Avery! Average and dramatic Avery Hartman. She is what she is and how much more rebellious is turning down an England vacation just to be here studying. Young Avery is fifteen and the second sophomore to join us. Now, I do not know about her, but I would have taken that vacation away from this dreadful city.

Last on our list is freshman Kenny Preston. He also relocated here from Providence, Rhode Island. Well you know what they say about Rhode Islanders, if you do, that will be great because I do not. He is our youngest member at the age of fourteen. Better yet, he is our own houdini.
