Chapter 6: Hello again

“Ehough eh ehe eh’, I spit out the water.      

Definitely salt water, it tasted like someone just shoved a thousand sea salt fries down my throat, and the water was warm! It tasted so disgusting. But I could always do that it my brother if he ever annoyed me! I could use my power in my human form too, that was awesome! And also a little bit scary, what if someone ticked me off and I sprayed them, then everyone would know my secret.

No I wasn’t going to let that happen, I could get better and I would practice with my powers, then everyone wold be safe, yah this was going to work I was going to make it work. It broke my heart to have to keep this secret from my family and from, Lauren and Janie, especially Vanessa, and what about that Markson guy, he knew, the only other person, who was he, I knew his name and his power but that was it. It was around seven so I had to go back to my cabin.  

For the next week I woke up at around four and went back to that same spot, I was getting pretty good at my transformation form liquid o girl, today I only had one finger missing and my nose was out only a little out of place but that was it . I was really happy, until my dad announced that we were leaving the following day. I packed my bags and then we had dinner, I went to bed early so that I could go and see my special sport for the last time. It was around four am and I quickly got dressed, it was still dark out even though it was the summer, I couldn’t quite make out my path in the dim lit night and the moon was no aid either because it way blocked out by the clouds that covered the night sky and stars. But somehow I had no problem finding my way there, it came as no surprise when I saw a familiar glow that was being emitted from a certain someone’s head. Markson, he was sitting on a branch above where I usually sat near the water.  

“What’s up mister hot head”, I said with a huge smile on my face.

He looked surprised but happy to see me. I went down ant sat at the base of the tree at which his branch was.

“I didn’t think I’d see you hear”, Markson said.

“Well, here I am!” I said.

“So what’s up?” he said.

“I was just wondering, what abilities do you now of that you have that you can use?” I asked.

“Well, I‘ve been in this form for a year so there are quite a few things I can do”, he said.

He told me about how he has super speed, which I already knew of, and some other things like fireballs, turning into fire, he could withstand tremendous amounts of heat over one hundred degrease Celsius, and that it helps him get around.

“Why are you hear? I thought you wear on the run”, I said. Ha! I got him there.

“That’s a good question”, he said. He had to stop and think about that one. We sat in silence for about ten minutes.

“Um, different question, why are you on the run don’t you have a family to stay with, or if not them what about relatives or family friends?” I asked. He looked down. Did I mess up?

Sorry for the short chapter, thought this would make up for it, i'll try upleading longer chapters but that might mean once a week, please comment to tell if you like shortter chapters three times a week of linger chapters once a week?
