Emotion is a subjective (based on or influenced by personal feelings, tastes, or opinions) state of mind. Emotions can be reactions to internal stimuli
(such as thoughts or memories) or events that are in our environment. Emotions form a spectrum called emotional spectrum. (given above in media)

It amazes me how the basic need triangle(picture above),from physiological needs to self-actualisation give space to  emotional spectrum and sometimes balance with it (as they are primary and secondary, respectively)

It amazes me how the basic need triangle(picture above),from physiological needs to self-actualisation give space to  emotional spectrum and sometimes balance with it (as they are primary and secondary, respectively) . Here, I will only talk about the emotional spectrum which consists of emotions, feelings and various situations that lead to them. I'm writing nothing of my own, so incase you start disagreeing with me, you people are free to skim through the internet and books. DO NOT QUESTION ME WHY I AM WRITING THIS BOOK. Although, I want you people to be aware of your emotions so you can keep control of your feelings and protect yourself from emotional breakdown (because skipping an emotion leads to it) , also know what your near and dear ones are actually feeling like (especially
babies and kids). Although elders can go through all emotions as their brain is fully developed. The spectrum consists of 6 emotions:
1) ANGER
2) DISGUST
3) SAD
4) HAPPY
5) SURPRISE
6) FEAR

You can use the spectrum in two ways:
1) Inside out: See the emotion and
check the situations that
come under it.

2) Outside in: Check the situation and
reach the emotion.

And incase you don't want to remain on that emotion then read through the book in sequence of the spectrum as it will help you in tuning down to  your desired emotion .

Please comment or message the examples i.e., situations in whichyou used the book as I am desperately looking for them.

(Incase you still don't understand how to use the spectrum please wait for the other chapters as the whole book is about the same thing incase you want the answer now then comment or message me )

P. S. It is non-fiction so the word-limit of the chapters will be as per the need and not as you please.

Word Count: 352 words.
