' Dawn! I need your help!'

As I was heading towards the other side of the castle where the angels resided, I made up a plan in order to gain full control over how I act.

' Dawn, there you were. I've been looking for you.'

' Mistress, is anything wrong?'

Dawn must have realised it by now.

' I need you to extract the anomaly I have, once and for all!'

She looked conflicted as she averted her gaze.

' Umm, well... that would be impossible. I can't do that.'

' And why is that?'

I became more nervous with every second she stalled.

' You, you wouldn't possess this body anymore if I do that. You would disappear indefinitely.'

' Is, is there really no way?'

I slumped myself to the ground and as I stared at the stone floor, there was but one thing on my mind. The fact that I am in no way capable of resisting these feelings that the heroine left.

My mind was dulled over time. My decisions questionable.

What have I been doing all this time?

Am I in the wrong?

Am I supposed to be eradicated?

It's just a fragment of her original self, but it is the heroine.

' Dawn, bring mom back here at the castle!'

This may turn out to be something my mom doesn't want, but that man is someone who couldn't possibly offer anything she would want.

' Frey!'

' Yes, yes?'

' You are to accompany me in secret.'

Frey awkwardly rubbed his head.

' How did you know I was here?'

' I didn't. Let's go!'

' Um, where are we going again?'

' We're going to eradicate whatever anomaly once and for all.'
