"Is it possible that you'll fall in love in a short span of time?" tanong ni Zairah kay Jeremy. Nasa mansion siya nina Jeremy. In his room to be exact. "Love is mysterious and it's unpredictable so I guess it's possible," he answered then looks at her seriously. "Are you in love with the mystery guy you're dating?" he asked though he's afraid of her answer. "Yeah." Umiba siya ng posisyon. She lays on his bed and rested her head on his lap while Jeremy is positioned into an indian sit on his bed.
"I wanna meet him," out of the blue, he said. Ewan niya kung bakit niya naisip yun. Maybe he just wanna make sure na safe si Zairah sa lalaking dine-date nito. "You can meet him now. May gig sila ngayon eh. We can go there!" excited na sabi ni Zairah. Her eyes are sparkling. "Man, she's in love with that guy!" he thought. "Fine, let's go!" Agad naman silang tumayo tapos lumabas ng silid.
"Mom, lalabas muna kami ni Zairah!" Jeremy shouted when they passed by at his parents na nasa sala. "Ok. Ingat kayo!" his mom shouted back. Kotse ni Jeremy ang napagdesisyunang gamitin nila papunta sa bar.
Eksakto namang pagkarating nila sa bar ay ang banda na nina Chad ang tumutugtog. The place is crowded with young people and most of them are college students. "I wanna get up close to him," she shouted dahil malakas ang tugtog. "Ok," he said loudly but of course, sila lang ang nakakarinig doon dahil sa lakas ng music. Jeremy led their way through the crowd till they reached at the front. She waved at Chad. In return, Chad smiled at her. Nagtilian naman ang mga babae na inakalang sila ang nginitian nito.
She jives as she listen to his music. Teenpop kasi ang genre nila Chad. Then she get her phone and started to video record Chad. How she loves his voice and he looks so cool on stage.
Napapailing na lang si Jeremy habang nakamasid sa kanya. Sa likuran kasi siya ni Zairah nakapwesto para protektahan ito sa mga tao. May iba na kasing nanunulak. "Di bale ng masaktan basta masaya si Zairah," isip niya.
"Hi Zai! You never said you're coming," sabi ni Chad. Tapos ng tumugtog ang banda nito. They settled their selves in a v.i.p room together with Chad's bandmates. V.i.p rooms are located on the 2nd floor of the bar. "I wanted to surprise you and besides, Jeremy wanted to meet you," she looks at Jeremy. Then he introduced Jeremy to the group.
Jeremy and Chad had gotten along well. "Cheers for our friendship!" sabi ni Ralph sabay taas ng hawak na baso, ito ang drummer ng grupo. "Yeah, cheers for us!" Si Gio, ang bassist. "And cheers for Chad and Zairah," dagdag pa ni Vincent, ang guitarist. Itinaas din nina Zairah, Chad at Jeremy ang mga baso nila. "Cheers!" sabay-sabay nilang wika. Tapos nag-inuman na sila habang nagku-kwentuhan.
"Pare, ingat sa pagda-drive ha? Ingatan mo si Zairah," bilin ni Chad kay Jeremy. Papauwi na sila noon at sinamahan sila ni Chad hanggang sa may kotse ni Jeremy. "No worries man, akong bahala kay Zairah." Jeremy pats Chad's shoulder. "Sige. Goodbye Zai!" baling nito sa kanya. "Goodbye! Ingat ka din sa biyahe," bilin niya. Chad leans towards her and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek.
Selos naman si Jeremy. Agad na siyang pumasok sa kotse. "Martyr na talaga ako," sabi niya. Buti na lang at wala pa sa loob si Zairah. He let out a sigh.
"How do you find him?" tanong ni Zairah nang makapasok ito sa Mercedes benz niyang sports car. "He's cool. Mukha namang matino," tugon ni Jeremy. "I know you two will get along well," nakangiti niyang sabi. He smirks as he turns on the car engine. The he sped off away.
"Baba na. Late na," sabi ni Jeremy as he unbuckle her seatbelt. Nasa harap na sila ng mansion nina Zairah. "Oo na. Di mo naman kailangang ipagtabuyan ako," sabi niya. "I'll drive home your car first thing in the morning," sabi ni Jeremy. "Ok. Have a good night!" sabi niya. "Yeah, have a good night and please, dream of me," pigil ang tawa niya nang makitang tumaas ang kilay ni Zairah. "Dream? Baka nightmare," sabi ni Zairah sabay tawa. "Ouch! Nightmare talaga," isip niya. "Sige, baba na ako. Ingat ha?" sabi ni Zairah at hinagkan siya sa pisnge. Eto yung isa sa nagustuhan niya kay Zairah, maalalahanin talaga ito at malambing. He just heard the door opened then closed which brings him back to reality. Tinignan niya si Zairah na naglalakad papasok. Hinintay muna niya itong makapasok bago pinaharurot ang kotse palabas ng mansion.
"Hi kuya!" bati ni Zairah kay Michelangelo. Nakasalubong niya kasi ito nang papunta siyang kusina at ito naman ay galing din sa kusina. They met at the hallway. "O Zai, sinong kasama mong lumabas?" tanong nito. "Si Jeremy at yung bago kong suitor," sagot niya. "Ok. I think you like him," komento nito. "Why did you say so?" she asked. "You never dated with anyone for a long time. Usually, it will only take a date or two if you don't like the guy," he grinned. She just laughed. Kilalang-kilala talaga siya ng kuya niya. "Sige na kuya, it's already late. I wanna sleep na," paalam niya at hinagkan sa pisnge ang kapatid. "Have a good sleep pumpkin!" sabi nito tapos umalis. Siya naman ay tumuloy sa kitchen at uminom ng tubig bago pumanhik sa kwarto.
