(32) Miserable

Assalamu Aliakum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu

Marriage is a dream of every girl.They wanted to marry somebody who can really understand their feelings and love them forever.If someone go through with the love marriage, they have chosen their partners. But if somebody is waiting for an arrange marriage? Have a look at this poem

I am angry not with you, but myself

How dare I could behave in front of them?

I was a foolish girl

I disrespected and  insulted them

But nobody asked me why

Nobody supported me, but everybody just pointed me

"You were wrong"

Yeah I agree, but at least somebody could have questioned me on the spot

You know that, I am a good girl and I never hurt people

I have a very good personality

So please listen; give me few minutes to explain

I was so depressed on that day

That was not my very first time standing in front of somebody like a statue

I didn't have any feelings or any emotions

Just a skeleton without the soul

Strangers used to visit my house these days and say good bye for us

But never forgot to say "sorry we didn't like your daughter"

If this happened once, twice or thrice

Ok, fine i can engulf it

They have the rights to reject me and

They were looking somebody who is well-off and prettier than me

But if I was rejected more than twenty times

What the hell was going around me?

I became an object for those people

It was enough for me on that particular day

I couldn't control my anger I just spit it out

Because my inner mind said "they are gonna say No"

Oh, my lord I can cry only  in front of you,no more suspense

Just let me know the person whom I am going to marry

Because I feel the pain for the first time in my life

This is my 30th poem and happy to say that wattpadians hold me even in my ups and downs.
