Something horrible filled with the bleakness of regret
Leave before the tears fall for you the very same ones that tore you apart before
Save yourself from the evil in my heart
The same evil that tears us all apart
Its all in your favour to leave
So why do you come back?
I fear that
You are still holding onto the diminishing gold that used to plate my heart
A fake brace to entrap you with all the pain that burnt hatred like a searing brand onto you and I
Leave before it gets worse
Stop saying you are going to stay when we both know that's a lie
I don't want to make you cry
Those tears are my own to keep
I've never been good at sharing
Let me be selfish
Stop daring
Me to believe
It won't work
I'll leave you with this
One last small favour
In the form of a poem
To make it known
That it wasn't your fault
That I ended up on my own.
