Invader Zim: ROTF Part 2 (Old)

Let's go!

On both groups, several beasts were watching them from behind the forest of dead trees. Sinister can see through the eyes of her beasts, so she was able to see everyone running. Her beasts crouched down, and were about to charge, but Sinister spoke to them, telepathically.

"Don't go in for the kill just yet. Go to the place where they're headed, I'll meet you there."

Her beasts obeyed her orders and followed the two groups silently.

Meanwhile, Zac was busy waiting up in a dead tree, looking rather bored by the ominous silence. He scratches his head on a couple occasions, as well as fiddling with his hands, and staring blankly at the dead bark that was still on the tree. Heck, he looked like he was about to doze off.

*CRUNCH*

The dead tree suddenly came crashing down, making Zac jump out of surprise. The tree broke apart into several pieces upon impact because of how fragile it was. Zac was now floating in midair, 'cause he's a ghost. He looked down and saw about five of Sinister's beasts glaring at him from the ground.

"Well, what's this? Let's get a better look here." Zac said as he floated down a bit. The beasts all tensed up like they were ready to jump up and try to grab Zac, but he just smirked at the threat.

"Aww, the big dogs wanna play." Zac chuckled as he floated down to the ground. One of the beasts made a horrific growl, making it sound as if it was possessed, before striking Zac with it's large claws. If Zac was living, that swipe would've killed him instantly, but since he wasn't exactly alive, the claws passed right through him.

The beast looked at Zac in surprise, before trying to dice him again and again, but to no avail. Zac just stood there, smiling as claws passed through him again and again. The other beasts joined in too, trying to maul Zac or at least land a physical hit on him.

"Wow, you guys are pretty dumb actually." Zac said as all the beasts stopped attacking for a minute. Zac smiles at the beasts glaring at him, and stretches a little.

"My turn! This is gonna be interesting." He taunted.

Zac suddenly flew at one of the beasts, and disappeared into it. The beast was rather confused, but soon began jerking around in place. It only did this for about thirty seconds.

Once it stopped, the other beasts realized that Zac managed to possess one of their members. Without hesitation, the other beasts lunged forward and proceeded to gruesomely tear the beast apart. Zac quickly left the beast's body just as it was getting mauled to death by it's own kind.

He flew around the four beasts once they were done, and ended up distracting them all. Zac then possessed another beast. At first, the other three didn't know that another member was possessed, until Zac attacked them by pinning on of the beasts to the ground, and began to dig through it's chest. Before pulling out the beast's heart and chomping on it like it was a chew toy.

Zac then impaled the beast he was in with it's own claw, before exiting the lifeless body as it fell over. The last two beasts were now aware of what Zac was capable of, and began running away. Zac quickly pushed over a large dead tree nearby, which ended up crushing the last beasts to death.

Zac landed on the ground in the middle of the carnage, and blew the tips of his fingers, which were in a finger gun position.

"Zac wins! FATALITY! Flawless Victory!"
A deep male voice echoed from seemingly nowhere, confusing Zac.

"ZAAAAAAAAAACC!!!"

A familiar voice shouted from the distance. Zac noticed a teen boy sprinting towards him, nearly tripping when he stopped. The teen was soon followed by two girls and a small green dog.

"Dib, I'm glad to see that you and the others are fine."

Dib, who was on his knees and panting from running so much, gave Zac a thumbs up in gratitude.

"Well! Look who it is!"

Across from Dib and the others, Zim and Hannah emerged from the forest of dead trees, a little tired, but unharmed nonetheless.

They were back together, but Zac was a little concerned about how the reunion would go.
