It was night time, and everyone was asleep, except for Heart. She just lied there, staring at the ceiling.

"What are you doing?! Help us!!"

"Don't worry, I'm coming!"

"It's got my leg! AAAAA—"

Heart began thinking about all the previous people that came to this planet, and died many harsh and brutal deaths, Heart tried to save as many as she could, but she couldn't save hardly anyone in time. If she was just a little faster, most of them would still be alive. Now, she failed to save two more humans, and Zim. "I don't want any more lives lost because of me." Heart thought to herself. She then got up, and walked out of the den. She had made her decision. She looked at everyone again before leaving, and going outside.

Heart walked away from the den as she gazed at the starry sky. She walked over to a nearby cliff, and stopped near the edge. She stared at the edge, and took another step closer. She had a emotionless expression on her face.

She took another step closer, and looked down the cliff. "I've caused enough problems for people. My presence alone is an annoyance to those around me. Everyone I ever tried to save either died painfully in front of me, or have gone missing. Some hero I am. I'm sure I won't be missed hardly at all..."

"I've seen too much, if I was just a little faster, everyone I tried to save would still be alive and happily living their everyday lives." Heart took another step closer to the edge.

Heart walked to the very edge of the cliff, and was about to lean over, but a high pitched robotic voice interrupted her.

"What are you doing?"

Heart turned around to see Gir in his green dog suit anxiously approaching her. "You're not a bird, silly. You'll die if you fall down there." He said as he grabbed Heart by the hand.

"I know that. That's the point." Heart replied, not even glancing at Gir.

"Whether you're trying to be a bird or not, you shouldn't be that close to the edge." Gir replied. "Come on now, away from the edge." He added as he gently tugged Heart's arm. "You can try, but someone as small as you won't be able to move me." Heart replied, refusing to move away.

Gir pulled Heart's arm harder, and he ended up tossing her away from the edge and onto safe ground. "Ok, ow. Maybe I underestimated you. You are pretty strong." Heart groaned as she sat up. Gir walked up to her with a worried expression. He knew something wasn't right.

"Did I wake you as I left or something?" Heart asked. "I don't think so, I woke up to get a drink of water, but I forgot that we're not at home right now." Gir replied. "Gir, you're a robot. Should you even be drinking water?" Heart asked suspiciously. "What are you talking about? I drink slushes all the time at home." He replied.

"Don't tell my master this, but I actually use his money for my drinks without him knowing. That's why he's always broke." Gir whispered.

"Ok, we're getting off topic. You should be sleeping right now. I got something to do." Heart replied. "I'm not tired, and I don't think you should be alone right now." Gir replied, before grabbing Heart's sleeve. "Gir, what are you doing?"

Gir lifted up Heart's sleeve gently, only to let out a gasp in horror, before pulling the sleeve back down.

"Y-Y-You were.... that's what stung you earlier? Not bees?" Gir stuttered in horror. "Man, he's surprisingly not being stupid for once. What's gotten into him?" Heart thought.

"How do you know what this is?" Heart asked as she showed Gir her arm again. "C-'Cause I've seen it before. Master..." The robot began to cry, but not like a child. He was clearly not messing around. "Why are you hurting yourself?" He asked sadly. Heart sighed and took off her cloak, revealing bright pink and white clothes underneath. Heart stared at her arms in shame and embarrassment.

"For every life I fail to save, I get a mark on my arm. To symbolize how many lives were lost because of me, not being able to save them in time." Heart was tearing up herself.

Gir then cried harder, causing a tearful Heart to embrace him.
