With everyone on edge in this decayed world, stalked by Sinister and her beasts, our hero's will go though many challenges, learn and gain new skills, before they can return home to Earth.
What felt like a eternity of the two sobbing, was actually a few minutes. Heart couldn't fully realize that Gir, this small hyper active robot, saved her from ending her own life.
"Wow, someone as crazy as you..." Heart smiled as she wiped the tears away. "You actually saved my life. I totally wasn't expecting that!"
Heart smiled so hard that it started to hurt. She laughed happily before grabbing Gir by the shoulders.
"Come over here, ya dork!" Heart was about to pull Gir in for another embrace, but the robot leaped onto her first, still crying, but laughing joyfully at the same time.
"Haha, you're a dork too! Wait, what does 'dork' mean?" Gir replied happily, but sounded confused at the last part. Heart simply giggled and blushed at the robot's confusion.
"I must protect this child at all costs. He's so precious!" Heart thought to herself.
"Sure, many humans have died brutally here because of me not being fast enough, but it's their fault for risking their lives with dark magic in the first place."
Heart grabbed Gir's hand gently, where a bright green light began shining from it. The robot looked at his glowing hand in fascination and confusion. Seconds later, Heart removed her hand, revealing a small circular charm in Gir's hand.

"What is this? Can I eat it?" Gir asked with a smile on his face. Heart would usually groan and facepalm at this point, but she just brushed the hair from her puffy red eyes and laughed.
"It's not edible, silly." Heart began. "It's not? What is it then, a hair clip?" Gir asked as he brought the charm closer to his eye. "Just say 'Love Link', and the charm will do the rest." Heart added.
"Love Link? Is that what I'm supposed to sa—"
Before Gir could even finish, the charm was activated by "Love Link". The charm began glowing so bright that it would make someone temporarily blind if they looked at it for too long.
The light faded after about a minute, revealing Gir's new look.

"Ohmigosh!! You're even cuter now!!" Heart squealed in excitement.
"YAY!! I'm a anime princess now!!" Gir replied happily, waving his arms in the air.
From the cave, Ace and Dib watched the entire thing, and smiled happily at each other. They knew that it was better if they didn't interrupt the precious moment.
