Chapter 32

Shawn's POV

I opened my eyes to the sweet smell of flowers.
I miss that scent of hers that makes me daydream.
I look at Sabrina sleeping safely next to me, her chest moves up and down as she inhales and exhales.
I stay in bed, cause I don't want to move and wake her up.
She then slowly shifts in bed, hovering closer to me and I pull her even closer to my chest.
She starts to flutter he eyelids, a sign that she's waking up.
She lifts her head from my chest and looks at me with her eyes closed.
She opens her eyes and leans in to kiss me.
A smile sneaks in while she's kissing me.
She pulls away and I cup her face and kiss her forehead.

Shawn: good morning angel.

Sabrina just smiles back at me.
I have ten million things running through my mind right now, and one of them is why did Sabrina come early? Why did she fly here to London if we were already gonna see each other in LA not too long after.

Shawn: sabrina, can I ask a question?

Sabrina: you just asked one, but complete.

I chuckle at her statement.

Shawn: why did you fly over here?

Sabrina: well....., long story short technically 2 nights ago I had a sleepover with Joey. We were talking all and all, then she asks me about us. I tell her that I miss you like ALOT and that I wanted you next to me....

I feel bad, our schedules can get soo hectic to the point I can't see my other half for months!!! But that SOON won't be a problem.

Sabrina: so that night I was sleeping and you came in my dreams, just like every night for the past like 3 years *chuckles*. I woke up sobbing from how much I missed you and I wanted you next to me. Joey woke up and told me if I miss you then I shall go to you. I booked a flight that night, at 3am in the morning. Went to the airport, took a 12 long hour flight, and here I am....waking up next to you.

I was shocked.
I'm not gonna lie.
I was just shocked by the fact that she would do that so she could see me.
That just proves the love she has for me, and it's unbelievable.
I mean this much to her to the point she would dream about me, then start crying because she misses me and I can't be next to her. And she goes and books a f*cking flight.
This girl has given me all the love she could ever give to anyone, and I'm gonna give it back.

Shawn: I'm shocked. Shocked by the fact that you would actually do that.

Sabrina: Shawn....I missed you soo much I couldn't help my self, I needed you.

Shawn: I f*cking LOVE YOU sabrina annlynn Carpenter!!!

I was in rehearsal now and Sabrina was there sitting watching me. Her and Brian we're talking and laughing, they think I can't hear them but I can. Brian keeps telling Sabrina embarrassing things about me since we were young, and Sabrina is literally crying right now from laughter.

I kept side eyeing Sabrina while I'm singing, and she looks back at me and smiles.
That smile of hers can literally light up an
entire city that just ran out of light.

After a while I finish rehearsing, and now I'm lying on Sabrina's legs, while she's running her hands through my sweaty hair. She seems to like it though.

Sabrina: you killed it Shawn, those falsettos are incredible!! You just keep getting better and better.
I remember the first time I ever saw you perform was like 7 years ago...

Motions her legs for me to sit up. I get off of her legs and look into her eyes.

Sabrina: that's crazy!!! Shawn....it's been like 7 years since I first I ever saw you perform and met you.

Shawn: sure it's crazy, but who knew 7 years later we would be soon celebrating our 3 year anniversary??

I lean closer to her, now we are inches apart.

Shawn: the stars aligned for us, the universe wanted us to be together.

I get closer, and now our foreheads are touching.

Shawn: your the best thing that has ever happened to me.

Sabrina is just there silent, staring deep into my eyes, and me staring deep into hers.

Every time I look at those eyes, they feel like home. When I look into those eyes, it's as if I'm looking into her soul. Pure, settle, and warm soul.

I kiss her forehead, and stand up.

Her eyes travel up, I pull out my hand for her to hold.

Shawn: come on.

She grabbed my hand and I walked her to the middle of the room .

I put one of my old songs "fallin all in you". It's been like 5 years.

I link my fingers into hers and put my hand on her hips.
We start to slow dance and she starts to twirl. She does one of her cute giggles and I'm about to melt in her arms.

The song finished and she leans her head on my chest, listening to sound of my heart beating for her.

Sabrina: I love sleeping to the beat of your heart, it's just soo calming and makes me feel relaxed and safe.

Shawn: because it beats for you...

I kiss her on top of her hair.

She closes her eyes and I start humming to a song I just made up.

Sabrina: i love you...

She removes her hand from mine, and her head from from my chest.

She looks at me deep in the eyes and kisses me passionately......then,

Sabrina: I'm sorry..

She whispers, and leaves the room. Leaving me in the room all alone and confused.

What the heck just happened??
