Shawn Mendes and Sabrina Carpenter have met a lot of times in award shows and concerts and even after parties. They never really had a friendship nor a relationship though a lot of people ship them. Sabrina is a huge fan of Shawn work and his music, she covered 3 of his songs and tweeted a lot of his previous albums and projects. Dating rumors had been going on for a while since a year ago, but stopped when Sabrina said that she barley knew him in an interview. On Sabrina's 18th birthday Shawn wished her a happy birthday on Twitter.
