The crowd of people listened carefully as the president announced about how he would now make same-sex marriage legal. I clapped as enthusiastically as I could as Yoongi grabbed my waist and bowed to all of the cheering crowd. It was obvious that he was happy.

When we were done being greeted by hundreds and hundreds of people, we finally got to leave and head home. I sighed as I walked in, and Yoongi was still smiling.

"Why aren't you happy?" He asked as Seokjin closed the door behind us. I started walking up the stairs and he followed me up them.

"What? Congratulations, Yoongi. You got what you wanted." I rolled my eyes. Jin raised his eyebrows and walked away from us. "Just give me what you promised and I'll leave you alone." I shrugged. Yes. Yes I am still mad about the other day. I hadn't spoken much to him at all unless it was a must.

"Jeon, stop being like that." Yoongi grabbed my arm and twisted me around to face him. "It's not just what I wanted. Millions of people have always wanted rights to-"

"Yoongi, you didn't do this for God damn rights." I snapped. "You did this for money."

I opened my bedroom door and slid in. I locked it before Yoongi could walk in. He banged on the other side of the door as I leaned against it. "Jeon, what the fuck?" He said, his voice muffling through the door cracks.

"We'll get married and get divorced a while from now." I stated. "You'll give me my full ride to college and I'll leave you forever. It was our deal. Now leave me alone." I crossed my arms.

All I wanted was for Yoongi to open up to someone. He won't. I tried to get him to stop living such a emotionless life, and what do I get? I got yelled at. I'm so sorry.

I'm sorry for trying to help.

If he didn't want me to genuinely help him, then he could've told me. Not snapped at me without any reasoning. I'm. Sorry.

"Jeon." Yoongi said sternly.

I slammed my hand into the door, making it move. I heard Yoongi hiss from the other side of the door. What was that?

"Fuck."

"What happened?" I opened the door and looked down at him. He was crouched over and held his hand over his nose. He looked up.

"You did." He furrowed his eyebrows.

Shit. Did the door hit him?

"Did I hurt you?" I grabbed his arm and tried to move his hand, but he still held it over his nose. "Yoongi, let me see." I moved his hand.

There was nothing even wrong with his nose. I furrowed my eyebrows. "You liar—"

I was cut off as Yoongi stepped forward and grabbed my wrist to pull me into him. "I'm sorry." He wrapped his hand around me.

My eyes widened as he held me.

He's hugging me?

I wasn't sure what to do with my own hands, but once he held me tighter, I finally wrapped my own arms around his shoulders.

"I'm sorry for being an asshole." Yoongi chuckled into my shoulder. "I didn't mean to snap at you, and I wasn't trying to be mean."

A smile came across my face.

  Holy shit.

His thumb caressed my back and I couldn't help but feel shivers as he did that. "Yoongi.." I said, not knowing what else to really say.

He pulled back and looked up at me.

"Can we plan our wedding?" He asked me. My eyes widened at the question. Wait..Oh yeah.

"Oh- Uh, of course." I nodded.

——

Yoongi and I had both agreed on having a semi-private wedding for many reasons. One being that I didn't want to kiss him in front of a lot of people. Or.. well- in my case, not at all.
Right?

Many same-sex marriages had already happened since the day that it was allowed.

I felt actually happy about that.

I'm happy that other people are happy.

When I got to the "wedding," I actually started to feel nervous. The only people there that knew about the plan were my parents and Jimin. I had also met Yoongi's mother, too.

She's a sweet woman, but she looks broken.

  Just like Yoongi.

I smiled as I awkwardly walked down the isle. Of course I'm the one doing it. I try not to roll my eyes as I walk. When I look up, everyone is standing up from their chairs and looking straight at me. Oh shit, this is scary.

I looked straight ahead, not wanting their eyes to intimidate me. When I looked ahead, my eyes were melted into Yoongi's. I hadn't even thought to look up at him, but when I did..

  Damn.

I'm completely used to seeing him in suits. I'm completely used to seeing him look fresh and neat, but damn he looks good. His hair was freshly dyed blonde again, his roots no longer showing, and his suit was pure black, probably just like his soul, but it looked so.. nice.

I tried not to laugh at myself as I walked towards him. He scanned me as I walked.

"What's so funny, Jeon?" He whispered as I stood in front of him. I shook my head.

  "Nothing." I smiled a little.

The wedding ended with a kiss on the cheek besides a kiss on the mouth, and we had expected weird looks, but we got "awes" instead. The kiss on the cheek was short and simple, but it still somehow made me.. smile?

Yoongi grabbed my hand and led me to a limousine outside of the building. "Have fun on your honeymoon." My mom smiled at me.

My dad nodded and walked towards me. He grabbed my hand and placed something in it. "Have fun, son." He smiled and backed away.

I looked in my hand as I stepped into the vehicle and my eyes widened once I realized it was a little baggy with condoms and lubricant.

"Shit." I mumbled to myself and shoved it in my pocket. Yoongi stared at me with his fierce and stern eyes and furrowed his eyebrows. Thank God he didn't see that.

"Where are we going?" I asked him.

He smiled and looked outside the window.

  "You'll see." He said confidently.
