Well, this the first omake I've ever made, it will be about all the things Mei had to go through to make Toga's costume.

Just as Toga had told her that the substance disappeared in a few hours, Mei went to work.

"Okay, let's see," she looked at the jar, "this thing is obviously organic. Hmm," she thought for a few seconds, "... I know! Towards the microscope!"

Mei run to where the tool was, her quirk gave her a really good sight, but it wasn't enough to see microscopic objects.

After stumbling over a lot of junk and saving the jar from falling a lot of times, she arrived at her objective.

"Let's see," she said while analyzing the sample under the microscope, "Aha! Just what I thought, it's some kind of polymer, but it can go through fabric," she said while leaving the tool aside. "That means her clothes will need to be made of some kind of polyester so this thing can go through it without also taking the costume off. Now the question is, of which percentage must be plastic and cotton?" she stroked her chin.

Hatsume then went towards the fabric samples that was at the other side of workshop, for some reason Power Loader had put that far away from her work station.

"Let's see what we have here," she said while looking at the different fabrics. "Obviously it must be resistant, flexible but with cotton in it so that thing can go out. We don't want the costume inflating like a ballon."

Mei then took out a sample of polyester at 50/50.

"Zoom!" she said, activating her quirk to see how the substance went through the fibers. "Hmm... it goes through it very fast, let's what happens with 60% being plastic. No, wait, what I'm doing? She also said she could copy clothing. I'm better modifying that new fabric. I'm running out of time," she looked at the jar and it was ¾ full.

The new fabric was an idea Power Loader had with Best Jeanist. It simply was a replica of the fabric he created, even if it seemed just like jean cotton it was actually really strong.

Mei took a sample and saw how the substance went through it very quickly.

"Excellent, now I just have to improve it," she quickly went to a loom they had in the workshop, but this loom also allowed to modify fabrics by replacing some fibers with those of other materials. She decided to replace some with Kevlar, graphene and the same fabric Mt. Lady used, while also making it resistant to heat and cold.

"Now let's experiment again with this weird thingy," she said, dropping a bit of the substance on the fabric. The speed at which the substance went through the fabric was slower but still fast enough. "Alright" It's done!" she shouted, taking note of the changes she made and putting the note next to the new fabric.

Now she had to make the blood sucking machine and think how to store it and keep it cold.

Mei then thought about a box with extensible syringes. But she quickly discarded it and decided to use several cans for the waist with buttons and a tube for the mouth, ad thus allowing to change blood with one or two buttons.

"But if she uses blood, that means she fights up close. She needs weapons, a knife and aa baton should be enough."

So she decided to have each can have a retractile tube along with a needle. Everything would be in a belt.

"The schematic is done, now, how do I keep the blood fresh?"

Mei thought the whole day but she didn't have any idea.

Next morning, after a crazy dream about a watermelon playing a violin, Mei got an answer. A piezoelectric to convert vibrations from moving or sound into energy to feed a silent bomb with cooler which would touch each can.
