I've been trying my hardest to get the boys up to do a bit of meditation or a jog
Or even to work out to take there minds of it at least for an hour or two
It could really help them , you were correct about Logan snapping he did it's 5 minutes before I started writing this letter
I feel bad for him he's cracking he's hurting we all are it's really hard for him but I'm understanding why you did what you did
