Twelve year old Taehyung was on a walk home from the pharmacy holding a small bag full of medicine. Taehyung took his usual shortcut home down a dark alley cats scurried out of trash cans and things rattled in the dark Taehyung became anxious listening to the clanging and crashing in the darkness suddenly shadows lurked in the dark all around Taehyung so he felt. This feeling consumed him as he felt the lurking shadows follow him he picked up his pace and ran for his life down the dark alley he could see the opening ahead the street light beaming a path to freedom as Taehyung neared the exit of the alley he was kicked back in the chest and he landed hard on his back
"Where are you off to little punk?" A guy asked walking over to Taehyung who was laid flat on the ground the guy snatched the bag from Taehyung's hand
"What's in here?" He asked sifting through the bag touching the medicine inside "Oh I see what we have here. A little boy is trying to steal our business! I'm the only one on these streets selling anything boy." The guy snapped taking the medicine out of the bag and putting into his jacket pocket
"Give those back I need those for my mom!" Taehyung screamed as he got off of the ground and charged at the guy knocking him off
"Get him off of me!" He yelled trying to fight off Taehyung who was scratching and biting at him until he was pulled off by two other guys the restrained Taehyung's small body letting their leader recuperate as he got up from the ground
"You are going to wish you were dead by the time we are done with you." The guy said he stood in the halo of the street lights Taehyung had dug his nail deep into the guys face ripping off skin the guy looked as if he lost a fight with a meat grinder. The two goons held Taehyung by his arms
"I'll show you what this feels like." The guy said pulling knife out of his pocket laughing maniacally watching the tears stream from Taehyung's eyes down his tiny rosy cheeks all a sudden a figure came flying down from the sky smashing in the sideway near them
"Put the knife down." The man said as he stood tall
"What are you going to do about it? Huh? You think I'm scared of you?! I ain't scared of nobody!" The guy yelled wielding the knife at the man who came closer the goons trembled looking at the crushed pavement where the man landed previously. The man stood in the light he wore an all black suit that seemed to be made of steel he also wore a black face mask that covered his nose and mouth he stood a few inches away from the crazy guy holding the knife
"Come on and hit me with your best shot." The guy laughed
"Put the boy down and walk away." The man said politely
"Who do you think you are my mom?" The guy asked sarcastically looking back at his goons chuckling lightly they responded laughing nervously looking at the man
"I don't want to r-" the guy slashed the man's face with his knife
"I'm done talking," He said nonchalantly as if this were a game to him "Let's take the boy somewhere private." He said directing the goons to move along the guy walked behind the goons as soon as he took another step he felt a force pulling him
"What the hell?!" He exclaimed as his body was being pulled back he couldn't move forward all of a sudden he flew backwards landing on the ground below the man
"You should turn your back on a fight especially with me." The man said grabbing the man by his shirt dragging him to a stop sign where the man used his super strength to bend the pole holding the sign around the guy. By the time the man was done he looked back to see that the goons had ran and left Taehyung on the ground the man took back the medicine from the guy and he walked over to Taehyung who was on the ground sobbing
"Hey there." The man said crotching down next to Taehyung who looked up at the man sniffling
"Here," The man said giving Taehyung the medicine back "I'll walk you home." The man said smiling Taehyung could see a friendly smile through the slash in the man's mask. Taehyung and the man stood before Taehyung's apartment building
"Thank you mister for helping me." Taehyung said looking up at him
"Anytime kid," the man said ruffling Taehyung's hair
"If you ever need me again just use this black clicker." The man said hanging Taehyung a black object shaped like a pen
"What do I call you?" Taehyung asked
"Nothing special. Just call me Jungkook." The man said before he flew up into the sky and far into the distance.
