I sat against the wall both knees against my chest as I see light seeping through my cell door.

I've never noticed the window, I didn't know if it was a window-But that was not important. I look around my surroundings again banging my head gently against the wall sighing.

I couldn't have a mate, I refused to be with a monster. But was it possible to fight him?

I closed my eyes to be met with his dark intense eyes and his arrogant smirk that had me falling to my knees as his words echoed through my head.

"It's the mate bond each day it gets stronger and stronger and it will be that certain day where you cannot stand but be by my side at all times, you'll always be mine"

I reopen my eyes feeling hope leave me, I was scared that maybe I was going to give into the bond, maybe not even the bond just him, himself.

It felt like a few hours had passed until I heard footsteps approaching the cell door my hands immediately got shaky as I release my knees sitting straighter.

I already knew it was him his strong scent already making me dizzy, intoxicated by his scent.

I hear the cell door unlocking every lock out of place making my chest pound faster.

The door creaked open his hair neatly spiked upwards my breath nearly taken away as he approaches me. I turn my head away from him.

I feel his finger slip under my chin bringing my gaze back to his bringing a shudder to me, "Mi Amore you didn't sleep?"

I close my eyes for a moment and reopen them, "No." He looks around the surroundings and looks back at me with regret in his eyes, "I'm sorry, I didn't realize how awful your surroundings were." I lean my head back against the wall closing my eyes.

"Does not matter anyways it won't be long until Haden finds the location and comes looking for me. A growl rumbles from his chest.

"No ones going to take you away from me, you're mine."

"Do you ever stop saying the word mine? God it's giving me a headache."

He smirks his eyes boring into me, "The affect that one word has on you is quite entertaining. Unfortunately you're no fun."

I don't answer thinking about Haden and what in hell he was doing right now, I heard the door slam shut making me flinch. I look and he sits down in front of me his back against the wall mirroring me.

I bitterly laugh, "What the hell do you think you're doing,"

His eyes twinkle with curiosity, "I want to know more about you, why are you the way you are?" I look away from his gaze. I didn't want to share my past if I did it was basically letting go of everything and making it easier for him to get inside my head.

"That's personal."

"I'm sorry, I didn't ask if it was personal." I narrow my eyes at him then sighing if I told him the sooner he'll be gone.

"What do you want to know." He sits up straighter.

"Do you shift?" I look down at the floor.

"No I don't." There was silence for a long while.

"Why not? How can you hunt in human form?" I shut my eyes leaning my head back on the crusty wall, " weapons made to harm you monsters made by me and my partner." He growls at the word partner.

"So why can't you shift?"

"When I killed my first wolf, my wolf slowly faded away the more I killed I lost her. Doesn't matter anyways after the whole wolf species is killed off I'll be killing myself." His eyes turn a dark charcoal he grabs my wrist.

"Why so bitter mi amore?" He places a kiss on my wrist the chills running up my arm. I pull my arm back glaring at him.

"My father he... Killed my mother, his mate" I no longer cared if I had tears running down my face I didn't care if Thaddeus saw me the way I was.

I was damaged, I was broken beyond repair I got satisfaction from killing my own species what kind of sick twisted person did that?

I did.

It was a while before I realized I was pressed to Thaddeus's chest and I was sobbing, "Shh it's going to be okay, I can help you." I pull away angry tears now streaming down my face.

"Who the hell are you to tell me that you can help me? I'm broken beyond repair, I can never be fixed I was always born to be twisted I was not even suppose to be born. A human and a wolf is impossible." He shakes his head confusion all over his face.

"You're saying?"

"My mom was human and my dad is a wolf." The information finally makes sense to him and he nods silently.

"But why-"

"It was a while we had a great tragedy through my pack, every morning and every night we would lose two pack members a day slowly we lost members no one suspected me and my bestfriend why would we anyways? It was one night when I heard it I heard the killing and the small scream. My curiosity got the best of me and I-I walked out and there was my bestfriend killing a pack member. It was betrayal I never knew it was him and after that instead of killing him like I pleaded my dad not to. He got banished."

I stare at Thaddeus pity in his dark eyes.

"After a few years my mother has gotten attacked by a few wolves but she was lucky to survive but she has gone slightly paranoid and crazy, she feared my father he always wanted to try for another child but all she did was distance herself from him it frustrated him to no end."

I wiped the tears on my cheeks not believing I was telling him everything.

"When I came home from a run, ironic isn't it? I saw her dead body it was gruesome it broke my heart and I sat there sobbing for hours like anyone, I thought she has gotten attacked by a wolf. I was indeed correct but the wolf was my father. After that he banished me Haden found me in the woods and ever since he taught me everything."

He growls quietly, "I wish you didn't frustrate me either." I smirk through the tears, "Why don't you be the big bad wolf and kill me? This time you'll be killing your wolf mate."

He reaches out his thumb running across my cheek I lean in not caring that I wanted his affection I wasn't going to deny it I wanted him so much. Too bad I also had this strong desire to kill him.

"Oh I want to kill you just ripping out your heart but God you're so beautiful and why kill someone who could pleasure me?" He places a soft kiss below my jaw I moan leaning into him going with what I was going to do.

I grabbed his face and roughly placed my lips on his, our lips dancing upon each other our breathing hard but I barely notice our chest rubbing against each other the Sparks rushing through my whole body he picks me up slamming me hard against the wall.

Running his lips down my neck I moan arching my back as his big boy rubs me down there, he slips off my shirt kissing from between my breasts up to my lips his hands groping me.

I moan loudly as his tongue enters my mouth he pulls away his dark eyes dazed and his hair, messy from my hands running through them. He gently sets me down and I watch as he exits the room locking the door.

I lean over picking up my shirt smirking, now that I had a taste of him my plans were now in action.
