Snow Kisses

Snow kisses
On my eyelashes,
Blinding me in pure love.
Cold air nips
Open, bare skin.
Covered in a cloak
Of love and hatred.
It warms my
Cold heart
And I realize
Maybe it's not so tart.
Blue skies
Are admired by
Open eyes.
Hands become tied
As you wave your
Final goodbye.
Snow kisses
My tears.
It soaks up the
Salty, warm drops.
At least
Snow will
Eventually come back.
