Chapter 4

Maheen woke up upon hearing Azaan. After doing her morning chores she perform her fajr salah,And started reading Surah Rehman

Fabi ayyi ala i rabbikuma tukazziban

Then which of the favours of your Lord will you deny?

When Maheen is reciting surah Rehman her mom enters her room she waits till Maheen completed reciting the surah

After folding her prayer mat her gaze went towards her mother who was sitting on her bed

Maheen: Assalamalaikum Mumma. Aap kab aaye. You should have called me
(Assalamalikum mumma, when did you come, you should have called me)

Zainab: Walaikumasslam Maheen. Do I need permission to enter your room (she playfully said to her)

Maheen: No no I don't mean like that mumma

Zainab: I know beta. I was just pulling your leg

Maheen: Ok mumma let's go downstairs. I will make today's breakfast

Zaibab: Accha chalo(Ok let's go)

Nawaz: Maheen, today is kulsum's first day in college na

Maheen: Ji papa

Nawaz: ok take care of her,if she needs any help

Maheen: Don't worry papa i will

After finishing her breakfast she made salams to her parents and made her way towards farooqis house to pick up kulsum

Farooqi's House

Arham: Kulsum how are you going to college

Kulsum: By Uni bus bhai(Brother)

Arham: Today I'm gonna drop you to your college

Kulsum: Seriously bhai. Won't you get late for your office

Arham: No. I won't late. Now stop talking we should get going

Kulsum: But wait bhai Maheen is also gonna join us, actually we decided to go together by bus. She will be here in any minute (looking at her wrist watch)

Arham: Hmmm ok

Just then the doorbell rang

Kulsum: I think it's Maheen come on bhai let's go otherwise we will be late for college

Arham: (Rolling his eyes)yeah you will be late. Baatein jo itna karte ho(You talk too much)

Kulsum: Whatever😑

Maheen: Assalamalaikum(They all replied to her salam)

Maheen was wearing her abayah with her niqaab. Arham was mesmerized by seeing her modesty. She applied kohl to her eyes.
When Arham realized he was gazing Maheen he averted his eyes and mumbled Astagfirullah

Arham was driving the car and both Maheen and Kulsum seated themselves on the backseat
They were chatting continuously.

Arham: Jeez women. Will you both stop your ranting for sometime. My head will be explode

Maheen: Tumhare bhai hamesha aise hi khadoos rehte hai Kya.
(Is your brother will always in sore mood)

Kulsum giggles by maheen's reply

Arham: I heard that

Maheen: so if u heard me,what's my problem. I told the truth

she just shrugged her shoulders

Arham glared at her

Kulsum can't stop her giggles and burst out laughing

Kulsum: You both look cute while arguing

she realize what she said and quickly changed the topic

After reaching their uni. Arham got down first from the car followed by Maheen and kulsum

Arham: All the best kulsum(Arham said to his sister and kissed her forehead)

Kulsum: By placing her hand on heart. Awww bhai rulaoge Kya apni ikloti behan ko
(Awww brother will you make your only sister cry)

Maheen: Let's go kulsum we are getting late

Maheen and Arham eyes meet for few seconds

After dropping them he went to his office
