Jayda POV
I was sitting down at my desk working on my story and there was a knock on the door. It was most likely Mama Tee here to pick up Lani.
I went to open the door and it was her.
"Hey mama."
"Hey boo. Where Herb at?" She said pacing back and forth
"He's downstairs. What's going on?"
She sighed "that Ari b*tch keeps coming by my house asking about him and I can't take it no more. Tell him he need to worry about his lil thots. I put my palm to my forehead
"His hoes don't ever leave, but I'll be sure to tell him ma."
"Good. He needs to handle whatever they got going on."
They better not have nothing going on.
She left and shut the door.
"Herbbbb?!" I yelled from he steps.
He walked upstairs and sat down. "Wassup?"
"Ya mama was just here.."
"Why?"
"Ari came by her house asking where you was and stuff. Why?"
"Ion know."
"It's been 4 years or so since y'all been in contact right?"
"Yea of course."
"So why she keep coming back? Y'all got some unfinished business?"
"Jayda don't do that childish sh*t. I thought we left that behind us."
"Boy I did too."
He rolled his eyes "ion got nothing goin in with her. Why would I?"
"I don't know."
"Ain't no point. I got you and Leilani. Y'all all I need." I smiled and gave him a kiss.
Hopefully we the only thing he need , because I will not be out here looking like a fool for him.
